PURPOSE: A vibration and sound generating device is provided to prevent a collision between a magnetic generating part and a vibration plate at vibration function and suppress a right and left rolling of the magnetic generating part owing to an external impact.

CONSTITUTION: A terminal plate(54) is attached on one side of a case(50). A magnetic generating part(52) generates a magnetic field and is embodied at a lower side of the case(50). A voice coil(56) is placed at a top of the magnetic generating part(52) and generates an electric field when a power is supplied. A vibration plate(58) generates a sound and is placed at a top of the voice coil(56). An upper cover(64) and a lower cover(66) are mounted at upper and lower sides of the case(50). The first elastic member(68) is interposed between the upper cover(64) and the magnetic generating part(52) and the second elastic member(70) is interposed between the lower cover(66) and the magnetic generating part(52). The first and second elastic members(68,70) transfer the vibration from the magnetic generating part(52) into the exterior. A center pin(72) is mounted between the upper cover(64) and the lower cover(66) and supports the magnetic generating part(52) so as to be shifted upward and downward.

본 발명은 진동 기능시 자기발생부와 진동판 사이의 충돌을 방지할 수 있고, 외부의 충격으로 인한 자기 발생부의 좌우 롤링을 억제할 수 있고, 탄성부재가 차지하는 공간을 줄임으로서, 제품을 소형화할 수 있고 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 진동 및 음향 발생장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
