The invention relates to a self-cooling water pump. The self-cooling pump comprises a pump shell, a volute cavity water outlet channel, and an impeller, wherein the volute cavity water outlet channelis arranged on the rear end of the pump shell; the impeller is arranged in the volute cavity water outlet channel; the self-cooling water pump further comprises a pump seat, a water pump shaft front support, a water pump shaft rear support and a water pump shaft; the bottom of the pump seat is integrated with the lower portion of the inner wall of the pump shell; the upper portion of the pump seatprotrudes upward; the front end of the pump seat is integrated with the inner wall of the front end of the pump shell in the radial direction; a water inlet is arranged at the top of the middle of the pump shell; a volute cavity water inlet is arranged at the center of the rear part of the pump shell; the water pump shaft front support and the water pump shaft rear support are respectively arranged in the front part and the middle of the pump base; the water pump shaft is correspondingly arranged in the water pump shaft front support and the water pump shaft rear support; and the tail part ofthe water pump shaft is connected with the impeller. According to the technical scheme, the pump base and the pump shell are designed into a whole, the water inlet cavity surrounds a bearing chamber,and heat generated by the bearing chamber is brought out through water flow to form an automatic cooling mode, so that the purposes of continuous high-speed operation and prolonged service life are achieved.

本发明涉及的自冷却水泵,包括泵壳、蜗线腔出水道和叶轮,蜗线腔出水道设置在泵壳后端上,叶轮设置在蜗线腔出水道中,还包括泵座、水泵轴前支承、水泵轴后支承和水泵轴,泵座底部与泵壳内壁下部连为一体,泵座上部向上凸起,泵座前端沿径向与泵壳前端内壁连为一体,泵壳中间顶部设置有入水口,泵壳后部中心位置设置有蜗线腔入水口,水泵轴前支承和水泵轴后支承分别设置在泵座的前部和中部中,水泵轴分别设置在水泵轴前支承和水泵轴后支承中,水泵轴的尾部与叶轮相连;通过本技术方案,将泵座、泵壳设计为一体,使进水腔包围轴承室,通过水流将轴承室产生的热量带出形成自动冷却,从而可实现连续高速运行,延长使用寿命的目的。
