10. The composition of claim 1, wherein the antigen are peptides.

11. The composition of claim 10, wherein the peptides are 5 to 20 amino acids in length.

12. The composition of claim 10, wherein the antigens are T cell and/or B cell epitopes.

13. The composition of claim 1, wherein the antigens are polypeptides.

14. The composition of claim 13, wherein the polypeptides are covalently coupled to the peptide fibril.

15. The composition of claim 14, wherein the polypeptides are covalently coupled to the peptide fibril via a cutinase polypeptide.

16. A self-assembling antigen comprising an antigen coupled to a fibril-forming peptide.

17. A method of inducing an immune response comprising administering an antigenic fibril, comprising a self-assembling peptide coupled to an antigen, in an amount sufficient to induce an immune response.

18. A method of treating a subject having or at risk of developing a microbial infection comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of a composition of claims 1-16.
