Claims

1. Window frame system (1) for fixing at least a first panel, wherein the window frame system (1) comprises at least a first window frame structure (23), wherein the first window frame structure (23) comprises:

at least a first window frame profile (2) which is provided with at least a first holder (3) and a second holder (4);

at least a first thermally insulating element (10) which comprises at least a first end (11) and a second end (12), wherein the first end (11) can be received in the first holder (3) of the at least first window frame profile (2), wherein the at least first thermally insulating element (10) is provided with at least one of a sixth holder (106) and a seventh holder (107), wherein the sixth holder (106) is oriented towards the second end (12) and the seventh holder (107) is oriented towards the first end (11);

at least a first flexible profile (13) which comprises a first sealing element (20) which can be coupled to at least the first window frame profile (2) and a first plate (17) of a first panel (70) which can be received in the window frame system (1);

at least a first glass lath (15) which can be coupled to a second plate (18) of the first panel (70) and the at least first thermally insulating element (10); wherein the second holder (4) of the at least first window frame profile (2) and the sixth holder (106) and/or the seventh holder (107) of the at least first thermally insulating element (10) comprise at least one internal corner with a radius which is smaller than 0.5 mm.

Window frame system (1) according to claim 1, wherein the first flexible profile (13) furthermore comprises at least a first coupling element (14) and a second coupling element (19), wherein the first coupling element (14) can be received in the second holder (4) of the at least first window frame profile (2), and the second coupling element (19) can be received in the sixth holder (106) of the at least first thermally insulating element (10).

3. Window frame system (1) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the at least first glass lath (15) comprises at least a third coupling element (16) which can be received in the seventh holder (107) of the at least first thermally insulating element (10).

Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 1 - 3, furthermore comprising a second window frame profile (7) which is provided with at least a fourth holder (8), wherein the second end (12) of the at least first thermally insulating element

(10) can be received in the fourth holder (8) for connecting together at least the first window frame profile (2) and the second window frame profile (7).

Window frame system (1) according to claim 4, wherein the first holder (3) and the second holder (4) of the at least first window frame profile (2) are oriented towards the fourth holder (8) of the second window frame profile (7).

Window frame system (1) according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the at least first window frame profile (2) and/or the second window frame profile (7) is provided with at least a first cavity (22) which forms an open passage between a first side and a second side of the respective window frame profile (2, 7) in which the cavity (22) is provided.

Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 1 - 6, wherein the first end

(11) of the first thermally insulating element (10) can be connected to the first holder (3) of the first window frame profile (2) by means of at least one of an adhesive connection and a mechanical connection.

Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 4 - 7, wherein the second end

(12) of the first thermally insulating element (10) can be connected to the fourth holder (8) of the second window frame profile (7) by means of at least one of an adhesive connection and a mechanical connection.

Window frame system (1) according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the mechanical connection comprises at least one of a punch connection, a clamp connection, a rivet connection, a push-fit connection and a screw connection.

Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 1 - 9, wherein the at least first thermally insulating element (10) is an elongated strip.

Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 1 - 10, wherein the thermally insulating element (10) is provided with at least one cavity (40).

Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 4 - 11, wherein the at least first thermally insulating element (10) has a thermal conduction coefficient which is smaller by at least two orders of magnitude than the thermal conduction coefficient of the at least first window frame profile (2) and the second window frame profile (7).

13. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 1 - 12, wherein the at least first thermally insulating element (10) comprises at least one of a bullet-proof material, a fire-resistant material and a sound-insulating material.

14. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 1 - 13, wherein the window frame system comprises at least one of a biological material, a composite material, a plastic and a flexible material.

15. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 1 - 13, wherein the at least first thermally insulating element (10) comprises at least one of a biological material, a composite material and a flexible material.

16. Window frame system (1) according to claim 14 or 15, wherein the flexible material comprises an armoured flexible material.

17. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 4 - 16, wherein the at least first window frame profile (2) and the second window frame profile (7) comprise materials which are transparent to visible light.

18. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 1 - 17, wherein the at least first thermally insulating element (10) comprises at least one of a plastic and a fibre-reinforced material.

19. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 4 - 18, wherein the at least first window frame profile (2) and the second window frame profile (7) comprise at least one of aluminium, an aluminium alloy and anodised aluminium.

20. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 1 - 19, further comprising a connecting element for connecting together the at least first window frame structure (23) and an at least second window frame structure, wherein the connecting element comprises a first end which can be received in the at least first cavity (40) of the thermally insulating connecting element (10) of the at least first window frame structure (23), and a second end which can be received in an at least first cavity of a thermally insulating connecting element of the at least second window frame structure.

21. Thermally insulating element (10) for use in a window frame system (1) according to any of claims 1 - 20, wherein the at least first thermally insulating element (10) comprises a first end (11) and a second end (12), wherein the first end (11) can be received in the first holder (3) of the at least first window frame profile (2), wherein the at least first thermally insulating element (10) is provided with at least one of a sixth holder (106) and a seventh holder (107), wherein the sixth holder (106) is oriented towards the second end (12), and the seventh holder (107) is oriented towards the first end (11).

22. Thermally insulating element (10) according to claim 21, wherein at least one of the sixth holder (106) and the seventh holder (107) comprises at least one internal corner with a radius smaller than 0.5 mm.

23. Thermally insulating element (10) according to claim 21 or 22, wherein the thermally insulating element (10) is an elongated strip.

24. Thermally insulating element (10) according to any of claims 21 - 23, wherein the thermally insulating element (10) is provided with at least one cavity (40).

25. Thermally insulating element (10) according to any of claims 21 - 24, wherein the thermally insulating element (10) comprises at least one of a bullet-proof material, a fire-resistant material and a sound-insulating material.

26. Thermally insulating element (10) according to any of claims 21 - 25, wherein the thermally insulating element (10) comprises at least one of a biological material, a composite material, a plastic and a flexible material.

27. Thermally insulating element (10) according to claim 26, wherein the flexible material comprises an armoured flexible material.

28. Thermally insulating element (10) according to any of claims 21 - 27, wherein the thermally insulating element (10) comprises at least one of a plastic and a fibre- reinforced material.

29. Connecting element for connecting together an at least first window frame structure (23) and an at least second window frame structure of a window frame system (1) according to any of claims 1 - 20, wherein the connecting element comprises a first end which can be received in an at least first cavity (40) of a thermally insulating connecting element (10) of the at least first window frame structure (23), and a second end which can be received in an at least first cavity of a thermally insulating connecting element of the at least second window frame structure.

30. Window frame system (1) for fixing at least one first panel, wherein the window frame system (1) comprises at least a first window frame structure (23), wherein the first window frame structure (23) comprises:

at least a first window frame profile (2) which is provided with at least a first (3), a second (4) and a third (5) holder;

at least a second window frame profile (7) which is provided with at least a fourth (8) and a fifth holder (9), wherein the second window frame profile

(7) can be positioned relative to the first window frame profile (2), wherein the first (3), the second (4) and the third (5) holders are oriented towards the fourth (8) and the fifth (9) holders;

at least a first thermally insulating element (10) which has at least a first end (11) and a second end (12), wherein the first end (11) can be received in the first holder (3) and the second end (12) can be received in the fourth holder

(8) for connecting together the first (2) and the second (7) window frame profiles;

at least a first flexible profile (13) which comprises a first sealing element (20) which can be positioned in lying contact with at least the first window frame profile (2) and a first plate (17) of a first panel (70) which can be received in the window frame system (1), wherein the first flexible profile (13) furthermore comprises a first (14) and a second (19) coupling element, wherein the first coupling element (14) can be received by form- fit in the third holder (5), and the second coupling element (19) can be received by form- fit in the second holder (4) of the first window frame profile (2); at least a first glass lath (15) which can be coupled to a second plate (18) of the first panel (70) which can be received in the window frame system (1), wherein the first glass lath (15) comprises at least a third coupling element (16) which can be received by form fit in the fifth holder (9) of the second window frame profile (7);

wherein the second (4) and the third (5) holders of the first window frame profile (2), and the fifth holder (9) of the second window frame profile (7), in use of the window frame system (1), comprise at least one internal corner with a radius smaller than 0.5 mm.

Window frame system (1) according to claim 30, wherein the first holder (3) and the third holder (5) of the first window frame profile (2) are integrated.

Window frame system (1) according to claim 30 or 31, wherein the fourth holder (8) and the fifth holder (9) of the second window frame profile (7) are integrated. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 30 - 32, wherein the first end (11) of the first thermally insulating connecting element (10) can be glued to the first holder (3) of the first window frame profile (2), and the second end (12) of the first thermally insulating connecting element (10) can be glued to the fourth holder (8) of the second window frame profile (7).

34. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 30 - 33, wherein the at least first thermally insulating connecting element (10) is provided with at least one cavity (40).

Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 30 - 34, wherein the at least first thermally insulating connecting element (10) has a thermal conduction coefficient which is smaller by at least two orders of magnitude than the thermal conduction coefficient of the at least first (2) and second (7) window frame profiles.

36. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 30 - 35, wherein the at least first thermally insulating connecting element (10) comprises a fibre-reinforced material.

37. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 30 - 36, wherein the at least first flexible profile (13) comprises a second sealing element (21) which can be positioned in lying contact with at least the first window frame profile (2) and the first plate (17) of the first panel (70), wherein at least the first (20) and the second (21) sealing elements form at least a first channel (30) for discharging a fluid which penetrates past the first sealing element (20) during use of the window frame system (1).

38. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 30 - 37, wherein the first window frame structure (23) furthermore comprises

at least a first post (26) which can be coupled to the first (2) or the second (7) window frame profile;

- a control system (24) which has at least a first motor (25) which can be coupled to at least one of the first (2) and second (7) window frame profiles, wherein the control system (24) furthermore comprises at least a first control unit which is configured to control the first motor (25) for opening or closing the first window frame structure (23).

39. Window frame system (1) according to claim 38, wherein the first motor (25) can be positioned relative to the first post (26) or is integrated in the first glass lath (15). 40. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 30 - 39, wherein the first window frame structure (23) furthermore comprises at least a first fixing element

which is configured to transfer the first window frame structure (23) from a first closed state to a second, at least partially open state.

41. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 30 - 40, wherein the first window frame structure (23) furthermore comprises at least one first locking mechanism for locking or unlocking the first window frame structure (23).

42. Window frame system (1) according to claim 40 or 41, wherein the first fixing element and/or the first locking element is integrated in the first glass lath (15).

43. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 30 - 42, wherein the first window frame structure (23) furthermore comprises a first sun protection system (31) which is integrated in the first glass lath (15).

44. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 30 - 43, wherein the first window frame structure (23) furthermore comprises at least one first autonomous control system which is configured for opening or closing the first window frame structure (23) depending on local environmental factors.

45. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 30 - 44, wherein the first window frame structure (23) comprises a second flexible profile (32) which can be applied to a side of the first glass lath (15) which is oriented towards the second plate (18) of the first panel (70) to close an opening between the second window frame profile (7) and the second plate (18), and/or over the first flexible profile (13) to close an opening between the first window frame profile (2) and the first plate (17) of the first panel (70).

46. Window frame system (1) according to claim 45, wherein the second flexible profile (32) comprises a mastic.

47. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 30 - 46, wherein the at least first thermally insulating connecting element (10) comprises a bullet-proof material with first bullet-proof properties, and the at least first panel (17) comprises a second bullet-proof material with second bullet-proof properties.

48. Window frame system (1) according to claim 47, wherein the first bullet-proof properties of the first bullet-proof material, and the second bullet-proof properties of the second bullet-proof material are the same.

49. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 30 - 46, wherein the at least first thermally insulating connecting element (10) comprises a first fire-resistant material with first fire-resistant properties, and the at least first plate (17) comprises a second fire-resistant material with second fire-resistant properties.

50. Window frame system (1) according to claim 49, wherein the first fire-resistant properties of the first fire-resistant material and the second fire-resistant properties of the second fire-resistant material are the same.

51. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 30 - 46, wherein the at least one first thermally insulating connecting element (10) comprises a first sound- insulating material with first sound-insulating properties, and the at least first plate (17) comprises a second sound-insulating material with second sound-insulating properties.

52. Window frame system (1) according to claim 51, wherein the first sound-insulating properties of the first sound-insulating material and the second sound-insulating properties of the second sound-insulating material are the same.

53. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 30 - 46, wherein the at least one first thermally insulating connecting element (10) comprises a first thermally insulating material with first thermally insulating properties, and the at least first plate (17) comprises a second thermally insulating material with second thermally insulating properties.

54. Window frame system (1) according to claim 53, wherein the first thermally insulating properties of the first thermally insulating material and the second thermally insulating properties of the second thermally insulating material are the same.

55. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 30 - 54, wherein the window frame system comprises at least one of a biological material, a plastic, a composite material and a flexible material.

56. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 30 - 55, wherein the at least first thermally insulating connecting element (10) comprises at least one of a biological material, a plastic, a flexible material and a composite material.

57. Window frame system (1) according to claim 55 or 56, wherein the flexible material comprises an armoured flexible material.

58. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 30 - 57, wherein the window frame system comprises a fibre-reinforced material.

59. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 30 - 58, wherein the first window frame profile (2) and the second window frame profile (7) comprise

materials which are transparent to visible light.

60. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 30 - 59, furthermore comprising an upper element which can be coupled to the at least first glass lath (15) on a side of the at least first glass lath which is oriented away from the second plate (18).

61. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 30 - 60, wherein the at least first window frame profile (2) and the second window frame profile (7) comprise at least one of aluminium, an aluminium alloy, anodised aluminium.

62. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 30 - 60, wherein the at least first window frame profile (2), the at least first thermally insulating connecting element (10) and the at least second window frame profile (7) of the at least first window frame structure (23) are made of a first material or a first material combination.

63. Window frame system (1) according to claim 62, wherein said first material or said first material combination has at least one of a bullet-proof property, a fire-resistant property and a sound-insulating property.

64. Window frame system (1) according to claim 62 or 63, wherein said first material or said first material combination comprises one of a plastic, a biological material, a composite material, a bio-composite material and a flexible material.

65. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 62 - 64, wherein the at least first window frame profile (2) and the at least first thermally insulating connecting element (10) form an integrated whole.

66. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 62 - 64, wherein the at least first thermally insulating connecting element (10) and the at least second window frame profile (7) form an integrated whole.

67. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 62 - 64, wherein the at least first window frame profile (2), the at least first thermally insulating connecting element (10) and the at least second window frame profile (7) form an integrated whole.

68. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 62 - 67, wherein the first window frame structure (23) comprises at least one cavity (40).

69. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 30 - 60, wherein the at least first flexible profile (13), the at least first thermally insulating connecting element (10) and the at least second window frame profile (7) of the first window frame structure (23) are made of a second material.

70. Window frame system (1) according to claim 69, wherein said second material comprises a flexible material, armoured or otherwise.

71. Window frame system (1) according to claim 70, wherein the flexible material, armoured or otherwise, is a rubber.

72. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 69 - 71, wherein the at least first flexible profile (13) and the at least first thermally insulating connecting element (10) form an integrated whole.

73. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 69 - 71, wherein the at least first thermally insulating connecting element (10) and the at least second window frame profile (7) form an integrated whole.

74. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 69 - 71, wherein the at least first flexible profile (13), the at least first thermally insulating connecting element (10) and the at least second window frame profile (7) form an integrated whole.

75. Window frame system (1) according to any of claims 30 - 74, furthermore comprising a connecting element for connecting together the at least first window frame structure (23) and an at least second window frame structure, wherein the connecting element comprises a first end which can be received in the at least first cavity (40) of the thermally insulating connecting element (10) of the at least first window frame structure (23), and a second end which can be received in an at least first cavity of a thermally insulating connecting element of the at least second window frame structure.

76. Method for manufacture of a window frame system (1) according to any of claims 30 - 75, wherein the method comprises a step in which a surface treatment of the at least first glass lath (15) is applied in a line during extrusion or pultrusion of the first glass lath (15).

77. Method according to claim 76, wherein the method furthermore comprises a step in which a surface treatment of the at least first window frame profile (2) and the at least second window frame profile (7) are carried out in a line during extrusion or pultrusion of the first window frame profile (2) and the second window frame profile (7).

78. Window frame structure (23) for use in a window frame system (1) according to any of claims 30 - 60 and 62 - 75, comprising at least a first window frame profile (2), at least a second window frame profile (7) and an at least first thermally insulating connecting element (10) which is connected with a first end to the first window frame profile (2) and with a second end to the second window frame profile (7), wherein the first window frame profile (2), the first thermally insulating connecting element (10) and the second window frame profile (7) are made of a first material or a first material combination.

79. Window frame structure (23) according to claim 78, wherein said first material or said first material combination has at least one of a bullet-proof property, a fire- resistant property and a sound-insulating property.

Window frame structure (23) according to claim 78 or 79, wherein said first material or said first material combination comprises one of a plastic, a biological material, a composite material, a bio-composite material and a flexible material. 81. Window frame structure (23) according to any of claims 78 - 80, wherein the at least first window frame profile (2) and the at least first thermally insulating connecting element (10) form an integrated whole.

82. Window frame structure (23) according to any of claims 78 - 80, wherein the at least first thermally insulating connecting element (10) and the at least second window frame profile (7) form an integrated whole.

83. Window frame structure (23) according to any of claims 78 - 80, wherein the at least first window frame profile (2), the at least first thermally insulating connecting element (10) and the at least second window frame profile (7) form an integrated whole.

84. Window frame structure (23) according to any of claims 78 - 83, wherein the first window frame structure (23) is provided with at least one cavity (40).

85. Window frame structure (23) for use in a window frame system (1) according to any of claims 30 - 60 and 62 - 75, comprising at least a first flexible profile (13), at least a second window frame profile (7) and at least a first thermally insulating connecting element (10) which is connected with a first end to the first flexible profile (13) and with a second end to the second window frame profile (7), wherein the first flexible profile (13), the first thermally insulating connecting element (10) and the second window frame profile (7) are made of a second material.

86. Window frame structure (23) according to claim 85, wherein said second material is a flexible material, armoured or otherwise.

87. Window frame structure (23) according to claim 86, wherein the flexible material, armoured or otherwise, is a rubber.

88. Window frame structure (23) according to any of claims 85 - 87, wherein the at least first flexible profile (13) and the at least first thermally insulating connecting element (10) form an integrated whole.

89. Window frame structure (23) according to any of claims 85 - 87, wherein the at least first thermally insulating connecting element (10) and the at least second window frame profile (7) form an integrated whole.

90. Window frame structure (23) according to any of claims 85 - 87, wherein the at least first flexible profile (13), the at least first thermally insulating connecting element (10) and the at least second window frame profile (7) form an integrated whole.

91. Connecting element for connecting together an at least first window frame structure (23) and an at least second window frame structure of a window frame system (1) according to any of claims 30 - 75, wherein the connecting element comprises a first end which can be received in an at least first cavity (40) of a thermally insulating connecting element (10) of the at least first window frame structure (23), and a second end which can be received in an at least first cavity of a thermally insulating connecting element of the at least second window frame structure.

92. Thermally insulating connecting element (10) for use in at least one of a window frame system (1) according to any of claims 30 - 75 and a window frame structure (23) according to any of claims 78 - 90, wherein the thermally insulating connecting element (10) comprises at least one of a bullet-proof material, a fire- resistant material and a sound-insulating material.

93. Thermally insulating connecting element (10) according to claim 92, wherein the thermally insulating connecting element (10) comprises at least one of a biological material, a plastic, a composite material and a flexible material.

94. Thermally insulating connecting element (10) according to claim 93, wherein the flexible material comprises an armoured flexible material.

95. Thermally insulating connecting element (10) according to any of claims 92 - 94, wherein the thermally insulating connecting element (10) comprises a fibre-

reinforced material.

96. Flexible profile (13) for use in at least one of a window frame system (1) according to any of claims 30 - 75 and a window frame structure (23) according to any of claims 78 - 90, wherein the flexible profile (13) comprises at least a first (14) and a second (19) coupling element, which coupling elements comprise at least one corner with a radius smaller than 0.5 mm.

97. Control system (24) for opening or closing a window frame structure (23) of a window frame system (1) according to any of claims 30 - 75, wherein the control system has at least a first motor (25) for opening and/or closing a window frame structure (23), wherein the control system (24) furthermore comprises at least one control unit configured for controlling the first motor (25).

98. Control system (24) according to claim 97, wherein the control system is configured for autonomously opening and/or closing the first window frame structure (23) depending on local environmental factors.

99. Sun protection system (31) for use in a window frame system (1) according to any of claims 30 - 75, wherein the sun protection system can be integrated with an at least first glass lath (15) of the window frame system (1).

100. Sun protection system (31) as claimed in claim 99, wherein the sun protection system comprises at least one of blinds and a screen.
