As a result, the external recording apparatus can automatically perform picture recording for the video information of the program information image and that of the reserved picture recording program based on registered information of the reserved picture recording program received by the receiver.

At this moment, the temperature of the molten metal is detected by a sensor and, when the solidus rate is considered to have reached any desired value between 10 and 60 %, the plunger chip (5) is raised to pour the molten metal in a half-solidified state into a die cavity (1).

In the first step, piston pumps (45A, 45B) in which the pistons are reciprocatingly moved in cylinders to make suction and exhaust strokes, and a film separation type gas supply unit (10) for generating a gas by supplying compressed air thereto are used, and a low-pressure gas generated in the gas supply unit (10) is supplied to the piston pumps, whereby the gas is introduced into the high-viscosity material.

The minimum value MIN is subtracted from the pixel values of each block, and the remainders are divided by DR/2^K to obtain the result of the ADRC processing. The result is used as an object of various editing procedures which may be substantially identical with those when the original image, not subjected to the ADRC processing, is directly edited. The edition load can be reduced as compared with the edition of the original image, because the amount of data of the ADRC processing result is small. Hence the image processing is performed efficiently.
