Some of these residues (positions 115, 117 and 182) are located outside the species-specific region of yTFIIB. The identification of this species-specific region provides a unique and specific target for antifungal drugs and a screening assay therefor.

The digitized image is analyzed to locate the borders of cell nuclei within the captured video image, and one or more chromatin texture features within such nuclei are processed by the computer to arrive at a numerical value. This numerical value is compared to a monotonic progression curve that has been previously established by using the same procedure on known clinical samples ranging from normal tissue to malignant disease. The method can also be used to test the efficacy of chemopreventive drugs and treatments.

Therefore, an object to be detected corresponding to pixels of not less than a predetermined height on the basis of the height of the plane can be discriminated easily from other pixels among the image elements corresponding to the plane, on the basis of this three-dimensional distribution of the pixels.

Kühler und Lüfter sind zweckmäßig über Rohre (19) verbunden, die das Statorgehäuse (9) axial durchsetzen.
