A locking device for a height-adjustable headrest, particularly for a motor vehicle seat, comprising a bullet latch (1 ), compression spring (2) and set screw (3). The locking device is housed within a barrel (4) fitted to one of a pair of parallel cylindrical sleeves (8) housed within the inner frame of the backrest of the seat. The head of said bullet latch (1 ) corresponds diametrically to detents (6) aligned longitudinally along the shaft of one of a pair of cylindrical anchor rods (5) extending from the bottom of the headrest cushion. The headrest is locked in position when said anchor rods (5) are inserted into free sleeves (7), which are in turn inserted into said cylindrical sleeves (8) and said bullet latch (1 ) engages with a detent (6) thus securing the anchor rods (5). The compression spring (2) prevents said bullet latch (1) from being disengaged from a detent (6) and the resistance of said compression spring (2) can be adjusted manually by tightening said set screw (3) to achieve the desired degree of resistance. The locking device can be un-locked when sufficient force corresponding to or exceeding the resistance level of said compression spring (2) is exerted by a user such that said bullet latch (1 ) is disengaged from a detent (6).

A method for preventing the cell bottom from up-wrapping and a structure used for the same, especially a method for preventing the cell bottom from up-wrapping during the baking start-up process of the aluminum electrolytic cell and a structure used for the same are provided. In the structure, a connection (14) is provided on the cell bottom, and its one end is connected to the cradle(1) on the bottom surface of the aluminum electrolytic cell and the other end is fixed on the support pier(13) of the cell. The present invention can prevent the cell bottom from up-wrapping during the baking start-up process, and it not only can prevent the cathode from cracking but also can operate conveniently. The structure of the present invention is simple and easy to be carried out, and it can be conveniently operated and has good results.

Disclosed is a method of evaluating the reaction performance of fluidized-bed catalyst used in the process of producing lower olefins from methanol, which comprises: A) loading microspheric catalyst into a fixed fluidized-bed reactor, the temperature of which is 300-650 ˚C, and adjusting the expansion ratio of the catalyst into 1.0-2.0; B) vaporizing a feedstock in a preheater, then passing it through the layer of the catalyst bed; and C) analyzing the unreacted methanol and the composition of the resulting product by combing two chromatographic columns for analyzing, one of them for methanol, dimethyl ether and the resulting hydrocarbons; and another for hydrogen and oxygenate, wherein methane is used as the internal standard to normalize the chromatographic data, thereby the evaluating results are obtained.

The driving mechanism (2) drives the driven member (43) to rotate. The upper and lower portions of the eccentric shafts are fastened with the swing pull-plates (48) and the driven members (43) respectively. The swing axis of the swing pull-plate (48) is eccentric from the swing axis of the driven member (43). The plane restriction mechanism supports the swing pull-plate (48) and causes it to swing in a plane. The massage plates (31) are fastened with the corresponding swing pull-plates (48) respectively.

Provided is an SMD type electret condenser microphone having a rectangular box shape, in which a curling process can be easily performed. In the electret condenser microphone, a pair of a diaphragm and a backplate is disposed to face each other, with a spacer being interposed therebetween. A conductive base electrically conducts the diaphragm, and an insulating base electrically insulates the backplate and the conductive base. A polar ring electrically conducts the diaphragm. A metal case has a rectangular box shape with one side open, such that the mechanical components are received. The metal case includes a curling surface, an edge portion of which is chamfered. Circuit components are mounted on a printed circuit board, which has a conductive pattern and a protruding connection terminal. A sealing pad is mounted on the insulating base to seal a gap between the metal case and the printed circuit board.

Provided is a silicon condenser microphone using a case in which a plating layer is formed on a body formed of resin. The silicon condenser microphone includes: a case having a can-shaped body with one side open, the body being formed of a resin, and a plating layer formed on the body; and a substrate on which a micro electro mechanical system (MEMS) microphone chip and an application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) chip for processing an electrical signal are mounted, a connection pattern for attaching the case is formed, and the case is attached to the connection pattern using a conductive adhesive. The case may be formed in a cylindrical shape or a rectangular box shape. The plating layer may be formed on an inner surface, an outer surface, or an entire surface of the body and a step may be formed along an inner periphery on an end portion of an opening surface of the body. The body is formed of easily moldable resin and the plating layer is formed on the inner, outer, or entire surface of the body to prevent an external noise such as an electromagnetic wave noise from being received from the outside.
