||PCT/HU2014/000091||SZABÓ, József||SZABÓ, József|
The subject of the invention relates to a structural arrangement for the stabilisation of linear earthworks, i.e. mainly railway line superstructures, for the prevention of movements of the superstructure due to the effect of forces transverse to the direction of the trace line, whilst intermittently maintaining traffic. The invention's distinctive feature is that the load-bearing support structure is made up of a support beam (3) stabilising the ballast bed (21) and running alongside the trace line on the side of the sleepers (22) where movements tend to occur, and a supporting wall (4) located at the other side of the support beam (3) opposite the sleepers (22), extending from the superstructure (2) down towards the subsoil, and a protective blanket (5) covering the support beam (3) and the supporting wall (4), simultaneously embracing the ends (22a) of the sleepers (22) facing towards the support beam (3). The invention also encompasses the procedure for creating the structural arrangement; this procedure involves building the support beam (3) stabilising the sleepers (22), which are part of the railway superstructure, and the ballast bed (21) under them, and running alongside the trace line on the side of the sleepers (22) where movements tend to occur, and constructing, when indicated, a supporting wall (4) in the earth lying up against the other side of the support beam (3) opposite the sleepers (22), covering the support beam (3) and the supporting wall (4) with a covering blanket (5), and constructing a drain (7) underneath the supporting wall (4) if necessary.

WO/2013/041890 LIGHT-CONDUCTING EARMOLD PROVIDED WITH OPTICAL FIBER||WO||28.03.2013|
||PCT/HR2011/000037||KOSOR, Tonci||KOSOR, Tonci|
Problems of defect hearing or diseases of particular parts of the ears appear from various causes. The most severe cases relate to middle and inner parts of the ear. Besides other treatments, this is also treated by laser beams. This invention relates to conducting a laser light beam from a source outside the ear directly to the middle and the inner ears, aimed to as efficient and quick as possible healing such disturbances as ringing in the ears, loss of hearing, Ménière's disease, vertigo, inflammations, etc. Presently, illuminating of the middle and the inner ears is performed from outside, by directing a laser light beam of large power through the bone. This results in large losses in light power reaching the intended spot. The invention essence is the light-conducting earmold provided with an optical fiber. The light-conducting earmolds is custom made according to a patient's ear canal model, or in series as a generic earmold. Through the light-conducting earmold passes an optical fiber conducting the laser light beam. To the optical fiber in the light-conducting earmold is connected a laser light source. During the treatment session the patient does not have to lie down and still. The light beam passes through the optical fiber and the light-conducting earmold, passing directly through the eardrum into the middle and the inner ears. Direct acting of the laser beams on parts of the middle and the inner ears decreases losses and requires lesser laser light of lesser power.
