The present LED lamp relates to lighting technology and can be used in the manufacture of light sources for use in lighting equipment for general and local outdoor and indoor lighting. The technical result of the claimed invention is a reduction in the axial dimensions of the lamp and an improvement in the conditions for heat transfer between an LED circuit board and the ambient environment. The LED lamp comprises a convex diffuser, a circuit board with LEDs, which is mounted at an end face of a hollow heat sink, and a means for connection to a power supply circuit, said means being disposed in a cavity in the heat sink, wherein a thin-walled cylinder made from a thermally conductive, electrically insulating material is disposed in the heat sink cavity, and a metal diaphragm which is capable of heat transfer is mounted between the circuit board and the aforementioned cylinder; furthermore, the means for connection to a power supply circuit is configured on the bottom base of the thin-walled cylinder.

Problems of defect hearing or diseases of particular parts of the ears appear from various causes. The most severe cases relate to middle and inner parts of the ear. Besides other treatments, this is also treated by laser beams. This invention relates to conducting a laser light beam from a source outside the ear directly to the middle and the inner ears, aimed to as efficient and quick as possible healing such disturbances as ringing in the ears, loss of hearing, Ménière's disease, vertigo, inflammations, etc. Presently, illuminating of the middle and the inner ears is performed from outside, by directing a laser light beam of large power through the bone. This results in large losses in light power reaching the intended spot. The invention essence is the light-conducting earmold provided with an optical fiber. The light-conducting earmolds is custom made according to a patient's ear canal model, or in series as a generic earmold. Through the light-conducting earmold passes an optical fiber conducting the laser light beam. To the optical fiber in the light-conducting earmold is connected a laser light source. During the treatment session the patient does not have to lie down and still. The light beam passes through the optical fiber and the light-conducting earmold, passing directly through the eardrum into the middle and the inner ears. Direct acting of the laser beams on parts of the middle and the inner ears decreases losses and requires lesser laser light of lesser power.
