The present invention relates to improvements to the "In-situ directed gravitational force generator" of application PCT/MX2012/000025; the improvements relate to 5 (five) mechanisms and solids designed for improving the performance thereof. The generator combines the strong forces of electromagnets with the physical properties of the masses of flywheels when these have a high kinetic energy content, and this concatenation means that the kinetic energy contained in the flywheels is projected linearly and directed to the outside of the device according to the invention; this gives rise to a series of impulses of strong forces directed to the outside of the device, and the sum of the impulses - per unit of time - of these forces is converted into a resultant of external force actuated in situ by the device according to the invention; in the interior, the electromagnets act at the distance which is appropriate to achieve the efficiency thereof, which means that the action of internal and external forces of the device will be strong and will not decay with movements of the device according to the invention. The force obtained is applied to a turbine for generating electric power, and also for propelling terrestrial, rail, maritime, air and aerospace craft, with aircraft no longer requiring lift from the air in order to fly and the functioning thereof requires no raw material, is economical, and utilizes an inexhaustible non-polluting and non-hazardous energy resource. In this invention, all the inertial physical capabilities of the mass of common material are utilized and, in order to understand how the energy-conservation principle is complied with, it is hereby stated that the energy utilized is that originating from beyond the finite physical frontiers of the common material, which is the same material from which the device according to the invention is constructed; this energy is that which constantly affects the common material, is that which allows the existence thereof and confers thereon the physical and chemical properties that same possesses, and these properties are already known to science. The invention relates to a micronized and activated natural zeolite, a process for the preparation thereof, and the use thereof as systemic oxidative stress modulator and detoxifier in humans, by means of the increase in blood levels of antioxidant enzymes, the reduction in lipid peroxidation, and detoxification. In particular, this is a micronized and activated natural zeolite with a particle size of from 1 to 11 microns, a surface area of 20 to 40 m2/g, thermal activation at a temperature of between 200°C and 300°C for 2 to 4 hours, and tribochemical activation treated in the dry state in a high-intensity turbomixer, at a speed of between 850 and 7500 rpm, at a temperature of between 25°C and 100°C, for 10 to 30 minutes. The information on both quantity and integrity of the fuels will be processed by a microprocessor and displayed on a screen that may be integrated into the control panel or any other location. Said information will be stored and conveyed wirelessly to electronic devices, and will be processed in electronic reports available in multiple versions, the main version being a web page which may be revised by the general public in order that suppliers avoid incidents. This eliminates the factor of corruption and inefficiency on the part of the authorities in checking fuel providers, and in this way the information will come directly from the user and will also be published on social networks. Similarly, this information may be used to seek reimbursement from the supplier directly or via the government or the consumer-protection agencies thereof. The government may use this information to promote reimbursements via taxation. This information may also be used for other purposes, such as tax-collection or fiscal purposes. The present invention relates to a Mycobacterium bovis BCG strain lacking the BCG1419c gene, with registration number PTA- 120572, in which nucleotides 222 to 924 of the open reading frame (ORF) are eliminated from a total of 924 base pairs that encode the protein with second messenger c-di-GMP phosphodiesterase activity (strain BCGABCG1419c), in addition to 47 base pairs downstream of the stop codon of the gene. The BCGABCG1419c strain is capable of forming from 3 to 15% more biofilm in vitro as compared with unmodified BCG, and it is capable of halting weight loss in animals vaccinated therewith at levels similar to those achieved with unmodified BCG but by means of the use of lower doses. The BCGABCG1419c strain mimics combined aspects of a chronic infection and could therefore be used as a vaccine against latent tuberculosis.
