The invention relates to mechanical engineering, namely to assembly units of the light industry. Summary of the invention consists in the use of a quick-change rotor, covering a wide range of sizes of hooks (25) and buckles (24), as well as the use of a universal rotating hook feeding hopper-drum placed on bearing rollers, and an assembly for hook orientation and feeding into the area of the rotor wheel. The device for buckle assembly with hook, according to the proposed invention, comprises a frame (1) with the installed thereon a drive motor (2) with gear unit (3), a hook feeding hopper- drum (7) with radial blades attached to its inner surface, a feed vibroplate (8) with vibratory motor, an incorrectly oriented hook discharge mechanism, a hook feeding mechanism with control cam (14), a mechanism for hook loading in the rotor wheel (20), and a rotor wheel connected to a drive shaft, a hook lug bending mechanism and a mechanism for removal of the assembled buckles with hooks from the rotor wheel (20). The technical result of the present invention is the simplification of the design of the device, providing a wide range of types and sizes of buckles and hooks corresponding to the needs for small-batch and single-piece production.

The invention relates to mechanical engineering. A discrete-action rotary jet engine of a power unit has at least two combustion chambers. Combustion chamber covers are provided with automatic shutting devices which open the covers when the pressure in the combustion chambers is high; the covers are closed using return pushers. The combustion chambers are connected to a drive shaft via driving levers. An exhaust-gas propulsive force, which occurs when the covers are opened, rotates the drive shaft and an impeller, which impeller interacts with a guide casing to expel the exhaust gases and cool the engine. The impeller is equipped with a drive pulley for performing useful work. The invention allows for increasing efficiency.

The invention relates to the field of transport engineering. A safety system for preventing a land-based vehicle from submerging comprises the following, arranged under the bottom of the vehicle: pneumatic cushions and a compressed gas cylinder which is connected to a gas distribution pipe via a regulator. The gas pipe is equipped with an electro-pneumatic valve to which an electric pneumatic pump is connected. Electro-pneumatic valves and nonreturn valves are mounted on gas-pipe connecting pieces connecting each pneumatic cushion to the gas pipe. Each cushion is equipped with a gas pressure sensor. The system comprises water sensors which are arranged under a cowl and in the vehicle passenger compartment. The water sensors are connected to the electro-pneumatic valve of the gas pipe. The gas pressure sensor in the gas pipe is electrically connected to the drive of the electric pneumatic pump. An increase in the reliability of operation of the system for preventing a vehicle from submerging is achieved.

The invention relates to any type of vehicle devices which are intended for being controlled by people with limited physical capabilities. A device consists of a support, which is rigidly secured under the steering wheel of an automobile, on which are installed an assembly node and a bent operating lever; telescoping adjustment pulls are articulated to the lever, and the pulls are connected to the clutch and brake pedals and to the accelerator pedal by means of a sheathed metal cable. The invention is novel in that the assembly node of the bent operating lever allows for actuating the clutch pedals by means of pulling the bent operating lever vertically toward oneself and allows for actuating the brakes by means of pressing the bent operating lever horizontally away from oneself (in the direction of motion of the automobile), and in that all actions, including the actuation of the accelerator pedal, are carried out by a driver by means of manipulating the bent operating lever using only one hand.

The invention relates to construction materials, in particular to a reinforcing assembly for the horizontal reinforcement of stone masonry consisting of such materials as, for example, brick, blocks of heavy or lightweight concrete, and also natural stone, and can be used in the construction of buildings for various uses, inter alia in seismic risk areas. The reinforcing assembly for the horizontal reinforcement of stone masonry in each stage is in the form of two separate mesh strips. Each of these strips comprises a straight rod and a bent rod of identical cross section, which rods are connected to one another and are situated in the same plane. A cell formed between the straight rod and the bent rod can be any shape, for example rectangular or segment-shaped. Meshes are arranged in pairs, with their straight rods towards the outside, in each stage of the masonry, wherein the distance between the straight rod and the corresponding edge of the wall is 20 - 40 mm. If the distance is less than 20 mm, in the event of seismic activity the reinforcing assembly may displace the mortar and the wall will be destroyed. If the distance is greater than 40 mm, the effectiveness of the reinforcing assembly will be reduced owing to the proximity of said reinforcing assembly to the non-working central zone.

The invention relates to substances protecting people from non-ionizing radiation of various types, in particular, of non-ionizing radiation resulting from the operation of industrial and household equipment, radioactive, geopathogenic and cosmic radiation, to methods for producing the protective substance, as well as protective devices using it. The protective substance against non-ionizing radiation, according to the invention, comprises water with a modified structure, ions of rare-earth elements such as cerium, in the amount of 0.0012...0.0080 mole/L and formic acid in an amount of (1...5) g/L. The method for producing a protective substance consists in the fact that in a capacity, made of dielectric material, is placed water and metallic silver in the mass ratio of 1000:1 and is treated with a magnetic field of an induction of (10...12) mT for three days, it is passed through an electromagnetic separator for 5 minutes and is carried out the electrolysis using on a metal cathode a powdery rare-earth metal such as cerium, in an amount of 0,002...0,005 g/L at a current density of 1,5 A/dm2 during (5...10) minutes, and after electrolysis is added formic acid in an amount of (1...5) g/L. The protective device is made in the form of a plate, including a substrate made of natural cellulose fibers, for example cotton fibers, on one side of which is applied a thin layer of a protective substance, and placed between two layers of moisture-proof material. The result is the almost complete damping of the negative radiation and creation of a user-friendly protective device.

The invention relates to engineering hydraulics, in particular to hydraulic drives with closed working fluid circulation system used, for example, in mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, machine-tool and aircraft building. The hydraulic drive with closed working fluid circulation system contains a hydraulic accumulator (1) connected through a pipeline with an unregulated single-rotating hydraulic pump (2) with a drive motor. The hydraulic pump (2) is connected through pressure (4) and drainage (5) pipelines to a hydraulic distributor (6) with a control lever (7), at the same time the hydraulic distributor (6) is connected through pressure-drainage pipelines (8, 9) to the chambers of a double- acting hydraulic motor (12) with a piston (13) and rods(14, 15). Between the pressure and drainage pipelines is connected a check valve (16). The hydraulic flow distributor, according to the invention, is made crane-type, three-position, six-way, consisting of a cylindrical body, in which is installed by means of seals and bearings a shaft, which is closed on one side with a cover, on the other side with a pressure washer, on the shaft is mounted a control lever. In the cylindrical body and the shaft are made in two levels: pressure and drainage, three holes ands three flow passages, correspondingly, in the same plane, which when switching the control lever create alternately pressure and drainage flow passages. The technical result of the invention consists in that the hydraulic drive has a wide range of manufacturing and operating capabilities, large capacity and speed, positional accuracy of the actuators, compactness, low weight and high reliability.

The present invention relates to methods and devices for verifying the authenticity of various securities and may be used for determining the authenticity of banknotes, financial documents, identity cards and other important documents. The method consists in that the security is transilluminated with a light flux passing from a light source to a receiver, is registered the feature of paper, is compared the registration result with the reference feature, obtained during the control test and stored in a database of reference features, the coincidence of signs confirming the authenticity of the security. As a protective element is used an image in the form of a projection on the receiver of patterns, formed by its nearest 1-6 layers of fibers inside the texture of paper, of the preselected control site, the dimensions of which exceed the transverse dimensions of the paper fibers at least twice. It is carried out the identification of security with the ability to locate the control area defined by the coordinates and/or typographical feature, the security is transilluminated with a light flux on the control area, is registered the control area image with a resolution of at least 1200 pixels per inch. In the alternative embodiment of the device for realization of the method for verifying the authenticity of securities, which is a mobile phone, the light source and the receiver being aligned in different parts of the body, the receiver is made in the form of a flat photosensor having a resolution of at least 1200 pixels per inch. In another alternative ambodiment the light source is located by the circuit of the photosensor, at the same time the device is equipped with a means for security pressing to the photosensor, reflecting the luminous flux, emitted by the source, on the photosensor. At the same time in both alternative embodiments of the device the protective layer of the photosensor is made in the form of a light-guiding plate with photoconductive elements, which transmit the luminous flux to the surface of the photosensitive layer. The result, achieved at the realization of the present invention, consists in providing the simplicity, high reliability and validity of authentification of securities.
