Assembly that comprises cardan joint converts the linear oscillations of unstable base Into the angular oscillations of the camera base. To avoid resonance vibrations in the cardan joint, servo drives are provided that receive feedback from the active forces. Servo drives allow the unstable base to swing and vibrate without transmitting vibrations to the stabilized part. A sensor for measuring oscillations is mounted on the stabilized part. Signal from oscillation sensor controls the servo drives for compensation of active force that would make swinging of stabilized part. Thus the servomechanism performs the function of active dampers and prevents harmonic oscillations in the assembly. Both horizontal and vertical oscillations can be stabilized. Angular oscillations of the camera are stabilized by additional rotational assembly. While the design is relatively simple, it ensures high damping ratio in a wide range of vibration frequencies and amplitudes. Besides camera applications, it can be also used to stabilize other equipment on mobile platforms.

The invention relates to the field of producing ceramic coatings, having a developed surface, on metal objects having complex shapes, and can be used in applied chemistry for preparing catalyst elements, in mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, the aviation industry, and in preparing objects of space technology when applying protective coatings including anti-corrosion coatings, thermal-barrier coatings, coatings resistant to ice formation, and other coatings. A method for preparing a flexible metal-ceramic carrier having a nanocrystalline surface layer includes the plasma spraying of a special aluminum-based coating onto a metal strip carrier, with the subsequent hydrothermal processing of the flexible semi-finished product. The invention is novel in that the hydrothermal processing, which provides for optimal microstructure, nanostructure and porosity, is carried out in two stages, wherein the first stage of processing is carried out at a pressure of 20-26 atm and temperatures of 200-230 degrees centigrade for 6-12 hours, and the second stage is carried out at a pressure of 4-8 atm and temperatures of 150-170 degrees for 120-160 hours.

The installed forced draft fan (5) is designed to control the air intake and thus to achieve optimal formation of the combustible gas mixture and its effective combustion in the universal gas combustion channel (20). Metal plates fixed to the heat exchanger (21) provide for total heat transfer. The operation of the boiler is automated.

Glued log and method of its manufacturer belongs to building structural elements, specifically for logs used in timber house construction. The applied log is characterised by higher thermal resistance, resistance to deformation and sufficiently lightweight. It is glued of five boards with the middle one (1) having formed closed air chambers, which are obtained from the block (2) of glued panels (3) cutting the middle board at an angle of 45 degrees. Asymmetric grooves (7) up to 5 mm wide are cut on both sides of the planks comprising the middle board, the panels of planks are glued at an angle of 90 degrees to each other. The outer (5) and inner boards (6) are glued to the middle board (1) so that their wood fibre makes a 45-degree angle with the wood fibre of the middle board (1).

The invention is related to biologically active compositions, obtainable from natural vegetable origin products for use in organic agriculture, i.e. for seed treatment before sowing as well as treatment of sprouted plants during vegetative period. Biologically active compositions are suitable for use as fertilizers for agricultural crops. A proposed new biopreparation is based on a mixture of natural origin flavonoids and triterpenoids as well as allowable in organic agriculture amount of excipients having increased biological activity with respect to different plants. An aqueous emulsion of biologically active synergetic composition contains a bioflavonoid complex of dihydroquercetin, aromadendrin and naringenin, as well as solvent and emulgator. An aqueous phase of emulsion is further supplemented with arabinogalactan and water soluble triterpenoids and the bioflavonoid complex is spread among oil and water phases. In the biologically active synergetic composition it is advantageous as oil phase to use a solution of a bioflavanoid complex in propylene glycol and/or ethanol and as emulgators - polyaromatic ethoxylates and sodium dioctyl sulfosuccinate. ˙
