The purpose of the present invention is to propose a method in which encapsulated micro-drops of colour are electrostatically attracted and squeezed not with a roller and counter-roller but with laser-beam barriers. With this new system a new unique sign is obtained that is simpler to read and file and easier to re-read remotely with any mobile-phone apparatus or a purposely provided portable apparatus, and then compare with the one previously filed. To sum up, the three innovations that are described in this new invention are a new pattern of the unique sign obtained with micro-encapsulation of chromatic colours, blind colours/inks or ones variable on the basis of the various ranges of wavelength and frequency of exposure, magnetic colours, and glitters, the distribution of the micro-drops of colour (25, 26, 27, 28) and of the encapsulated glitters (29, 30) obtained electrostatically, and squeezing and anchorage thereof on paper using a laser barrier.

The ballistic structure for personal protection according to the present invention includes a plurality of rigid structures, separated from one another, in which at least one rigid element is formed by layering of leaves made of high molecular weight polyethylene tapes arranged in parallel and unidirectional fashion wherein these leaves are cross- plied and pressed at high temperature, with adhesive polymers being laid down on at least one face of the single leaves, and in which at least another rigid element is formed by a layering of unidirectional resin-impregnated yarns, wherein each layer of unidirectional yarn is crossed with the subsequent one. Such layering is pressed at high pressure and at high temperature. In a preferred embodiment, the rigid structure, which is the first to be impacted by the bullet, is made of a rigid element composed of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene yarn. The values of trauma obtained by the bullet impact are considerably reduced with respect to a monolithic layering of the same weight.

A process (1) for aerobic treatment of sludge and the like, which consists of a first step of sludge thickening and a second step of sludge dehydration. The first step of sludge thickening is constituted by four substeps. In a first substep a), the excess sludge to be treated, which originates from a waste treatment plant, is conveyed into a stabilization tank (2) provided with an overflow channel (3). In a subsequent substep b), air is dispensed inside the tank (2) so as to reduce the volatile component of the excess sludge that is present inside the tank (2). In a different substep c), the stabilized sludge that is present in the overflow channel (3) is conveyed to the inlet of a thickener (3). The thickening is intended to reduce its humidity; this entails a strong volume reduction and therefore a significant saving in terms of dimensions in the subsequent steps and therefore a reduction in the operating costs of the plant. In the subsequent substep d), the thickened sludge of the thickener (3) is transferred to the inlet of the stabilization tank (2) by means of a recirculation pump (5). The second sludge dehydration step is constituted by three substeps. In a first substep e), the mixture of the excess sludge and of the thickened sludge is transferred from the stabilization tank (2) to a dehydration unit (6). In an additional substep f), the dehydrated sludge is drawn from said dehydration unit (6) for subsequent operations such as disposal, agronomic reuse and the like. In substep g), the mother liquors in output are drawn from the dehydration unit (6) and conveyed upstream of the waste treatment plant.
