The tubular structure contains an annular chamber with two parts: a cutting tool and a tip, which has a female thread to which a male threaded coupling pertaining to the cutting tool is coupled. The cutting blades are secured to a second end section of the cutting tool, and the outer extension of the first end section of the tubular structure is connected to the rotating device.
