(EN) Device for the application of photodynamic therapy, characterized in that it comprises: a) a balloon made of a transparent elastic material with a closed front end and an open rear end, wherein the balloon is configured for being introduced into a cavity of the anogenital region of a patient; b) a transparent or translucent tubular body housed inside the elastic balloon, and such that an air chamber is defined between the elastic balloon and the tubular body; and c) a base body coupled to the elastic balloon and to the tubular body to keep them attached to one another. The device is also characterized in that the base body has a conduit for the passage of air into the chamber between the elastic balloon and the tubular body in order to cause the balloon to inflate.
