Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for controlling a variable-speed transmission device of a powertrain, in particular for a hybrid vehicle, comprising a heat engine (10), a driving/driven machine (22), a speed varying device (14) comprising an engine planetary gear set (26) with a sun gear (36) and a ring gear (46), each connected to the engine shaft (12) via a controlled coupling (28, 30) and to a stationary part (44) of the powertrain via a one-way automatic coupling (32, 34) and a planet carrier (50), and a machine planetary gear set (64) arranged concentrically with the engine planetary gear set and connecting the engine planetary gear set (26) to a path (82, 84) for transmitting a movement to a drive axle (16), said machine planetary gear set comprising a sun gear (70), a ring gear (62) and a planet carrier (74). According to the invention, the sun gear (70) is locked with the ring gear (62) of the machine planetary gear set (68) such that the vehicle is moved via the electrical machine (22) alone or in combination with the engine (10).
