The invention relates to a production method of an optical element for document security, with multiple images which can be viewed depending on the manner in which said element is observed. The method comprises the following steps: defining different zones in the internal face of a first confinement structure; inducing different alignment directions for the defined zones; defining a second alignment structure, wherein the second structure is a polarising means with multiple patterns; positioning a liquid crystal between the first and the second structures; and polymerising the liquid crystal, forming a sheet. The images can be viewed by means of a polarised light source or a polarising sheet.

La presente invención se refiere a un método de fabricación de un elemento óptico para seguridad documental con múltiples imágenesque pueden visualizarse dependiendo del modo en que se observadicho elemento. El método comprende los pasos de definir diferentes zonas en la cara interna de una primera estructura de confinamiento; inducir diferentes direcciones de alineamiento para las zonas definidas; definir una segunda estructura de alineamiento, donde la segunda estructura es un polarizador con patrones múltiples; colocar un cristal líquido entre la primera y la segunda estructuras; y polimerizar el cristal líquido formando una lámina. Las imágenes pueden visualizarsepor medio de una fuente de luz polarizada o una lámina polarizadora.

La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé de fabrication d’un élément optique pour la sécurité des documents comprenant plusieurs images qui peuvent être visualisés en fonction du mode suivant lequel ledit document est observé. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à définir différentes zones dans la face interne d’une première structure de confinement: à induire différentes directions d’alignement pour les zones définies; à définir une seconde structure d’alignement, laquelle seconde structure est un polariseur à motifs multiples; à placer un cristal liquide entre les première et seconde structures; et à polymériser le cristal liquide formant une couche. Les images peuvent être visualisées au moyen d’une source de lumière polarisée ou d’un film polarisant.
