The present invention relates to the field of composting. The subject matter is a rapid compost for the production of mushrooms that does not make use of dung, and is based on fresh-cut grass as raw material which provides the majority of nutrients and water. This compost is characterized in that the composting process begins with all the water required. In said rapid compost, the production time is reduced to 10 days (6 days in phase I in a covered yard and 4 days in phase II in a tunnel). A series of positive environmental effects are produced; likewise, this compost generates enormous savings in the use of infrastructure and machinery pertaining to composting and also in inputs and work for the production thereof.

La presente invenciόn se relaciona con el campo del compostaje. Se trata de un compost rapido para Ia producciόn de champinones, que no emplea estiercoles, se basa en pasto de corte fresco como materia prima que a porta Ia mayoria de los nutrientes y agua. Este compost se caracteriza por iniciar el proceso de compostaje con toda el agua que requiere. En dicho compost rapido se reduce el tiempo de elaboraciόn a 10 dias (6 dias de fase I en patio bajo techo y 4 dias de fase II, en tύnel). Presenta una serie de efectos positivos sobre el medio ambiente; asimismo este compost conduce a enormes ahorros en el uso de infraestructura γ maquinaria propia del compostaje, como tambien en insumos γ trabajo para su producciόn.

L'invention concerne le domaine du compostage. Il s'agit d'un compost rapide destiné à produire des champignons, qui n'utilise pas de fumier, et qui se base sur une pâture fraîchement coupée comme matière première apportant la majeure partie des nutriments et l'eau. Ce compost est caractérisé en ce qu'il débute le procédé de compostage avec toute l'eau qu'il nécessite. Dans ce compost rapide, on réduit le temps d'élaboration à 10 jours (6 jours de phase I en patio couvert et 4 jours de phase II, dans un tunnel). Il présente une série d'effets positifs sur l'environnement; et il permet de réaliser d'énormes économies quant à l'utilisation d'infrastructure et de machinerie propre au compostage, ainsi qu'en intrants et travail pour sa production.
