Houses 13 are constructed on the housing sites 12 in such a way as to be opposed to one another at predetermined intervals along north-to-south direction allowing for sunlight.

可搬型プレハブコンテナハウスは、本体と、本体に収容され、本体の3倍のサイズのハウスに拡大され且つ組み立てられるように設置場所において本体から引き出されるように構成されたハウス形成体とを備える。床板と天井板との間に挟まれた、予め組み立てられた角型「U」字形状壁の組み立ては、天井支持梁と床支持梁とをシャックルで互いにしっかりと結合することと、ハウスを地震及び暴風の影響を受けないようにするために壁の間に鋼製ロッド又は鋼製パイプを通すことを含む。鋼製管体から成る基礎が地震及び暴風への抵抗力を支援する。2つ以上のコンテナハウスを積み重ねることでは不十分で、大規模な都市開発が必要である場合、多数のコンテナハウスを収容するメガストラクチャーを使用することができ、ワイヤーメッシュでカバーする方式によって地震及び暴風に耐えることができる。
