SOLUTION: An e-learning device distributes test question information to an information terminal 2 of a user (S101). On receiving answer information to the test question from the information terminal 2 of the user (S102), the device checks the answer information with correct answer information to mark the answer information (S103), and stores the score in a database (S104). The device determines whether the score is equal to or more than a passing point (S105), and if so (S105: YES), it records pass (S106) and ends the process. On the other hand, if not (S105: NO), it re-orders options (S106), and re-transmits test questions (S101).
