Stemming reduces inflected words to their stem or root form.
For example the words fishing, fished, fish, and fisher are reduced to the root word, fish,
so a search for fisher returns all the different variations
Returns only one member of a family of patents
Include Non-Patent literature in results

A method for collecting plasma includes determining the weight, height, and hematocrit of a donor, and calculating a donor plasma volume and a target plasma collection volume. The target plasma collection volume is based on the donor plasma volume and a target percentage of plasma. The method then withdraws blood from the donor through a line connected to a blood component separation device, and introduces anticoagulant into the withdrawn blood. The blood component separation device separates the blood into a plasma component and a second blood component, and the plasma component is collected from the blood component separation device and into a plasma collection container. The method may then calculate the volume of pure plasma collected within the plasma collection container, and continue processing/collecting until the calculated volume of pure plasma equals the target plasma collection volume.

A valve component 1 of the invention includes a main valve 2 which is located on a centre line and at least one auxiliary valve 3 which is located radially outwardly of the main valve 2. The main valve may be used for sealing engagement with a cannula. In some cases the cannula may be used for introduction of a number of robotically controlled surgical instruments generally, including a camera. The auxiliary valves 3 may be utilised to introduce another instrument through the valve component. The valve component is mounted in a manner which ensures that the valve component 1 is rotatable about a centre line through the axis of the valve component 1.

Headgear for mounting a mask on the head of a user, comprising a headgear strap; and an elongate strap guide comprising a forward portion mounted on the mask, and a rearward portion distal from the mask. The headgear strap is coupled, for example via a movable carriage or loop, to the elongate strap guide so that a forward portion of the headgear strap is movable along the elongate strap guide between the forward and rearward portions. The elongate strap guide may be relatively rigid, and may comprise an elongate rail. The headgear may connect to the mask to form a continuous loop, the headgear strap being coupled to the elongate strap guide such that the length of the continuous loop can be increased without adjusting a length of the headgear strap, to doff the mask. The headgear may be adjusted without disconnecting the headgear from the mask.
