The pumping device is intended to pump water at a higher level, current water providing the driving energy. In order to leave the valve open during a certain time lapse, but not permanently, the container (11) has a calibrated discharge opening (11'). Owing to its simple arrangement, the present pumping plant is convenient to be used in developing countries.

The arm (2) of the frame (1) of the spinning device, which carries laterally the take up roll (3), is offset with respect to the axis of the other arm. The device for turning the yarn into skeins is comprised of a star (23) with three branches of which one is broken away to carry a slackener arm (35). The apparatus for filling the spools fits in one of the girders (10) by its excentric axis carrying the rollers of the device.
