Stemming reduces inflected words to their stem or root form.
For example the words fishing, fished, fish, and fisher are reduced to the root word, fish,
so a search for fisher returns all the different variations
Returns only one member of a family of patents
Include Non-Patent literature in results

A method and apparatus for recycling and recovering potentially explosive solvents includes providing a contaminated solvent to a distillation tank (14), vaporizing the solvent in the distillation tank, thereby producing solvent vapor, condensing the solvent vapor in condenser (16), and adding a free radical scavenger substance to the distillation tank during the heating step. The condensed vapor is then collected in a clean solvent tank (18) where additional free radical scavenger substance is added. The contaminated solvent is introduced into the solvent recovery system (10) by providing contaminated solvent into contaminated solvent tank (12) which is connected to the distillation tank, and an oxygen displacer substance is provided to the contaminated solvent tank and the clean solvent tank so as to minimize the amount of free oxygen in the tanks.

A share charging method by which a called subscriber is made to share only the telephone charges for the calls from calling subscribers in the charge areas permitted by the called subscriber according to the condition designated by the called subscriber. In this method, charge sharing information of calling subscribers and/or called subscribers is registered in advance in a control station, etc., and the calling and called subscribers share the charges based on the information. Specifically, there are some methods including a base sharing charging method in which when the destination is changed and the charge for the call to the original destination is higher than the call to the changed destination, the caller shares the charge for the path from the caller to the original destination and the called subscriber shares the charge from the original destination to the called subscriber, a selective call charging method in which either of the calling and called subscribers shares the charge based on the contents of the charge sharing information registered in the control station, an MBI value share charging method in which the charge is shared by both subscribers based on the MBI value.

The present invention presents a method and system for controlling usage and protecting against copying of digital multimedia content (such as audio, video, image, and document) and their associated players or readers. The system is arranged so that digital content and their players or readers that are installed in one computer or device cannot be used if they are copied to another computer or device. The system may also be arranged so that duplicated digital content is not usable in the same computer or device. Usage data associated with each item of digital content may restrict the running time during which the content can be used and may be updated automatically after each usage of the content. The content may not be accessible if its permitted usage has expired.

Appl.No PCT/JP2001/006842 Applicant KURITA WATER INDUSTRIES LTD. Inventor OKUMURA, Masatake
A method for cleaning an ultrapure water supplying system having an ultrapure water producing apparatus connected to a use point for ultrapure water via a flow path, which comprises circulating, for example, a basic aqueous solution within the system, thereby to change the surface electric potential of fine particles present in the system from the polarity different from that of a system element to the same polarity as that of the element and to facilitate removing such particles, and then discharging the particles together with the basic aqueous solution out of the system. The method is excellent in detergency and allows the shortening of the time required for the rinse in order to remove residual components of a cleaning solution.
