Stemming reduces inflected words to their stem or root form.
For example the words fishing, fished, fish, and fisher are reduced to the root word, fish,
so a search for fisher returns all the different variations
Returns only one member of a family of patents
Include Non-Patent literature in results

13based on liquid crystals, e.g. single liquid crystal display cells
Appl.No PCT/JP2003/006476 Applicant NANOX CORPORATION Inventor SHIRATO, Yasuyuki
A liquid crystal display is fabricated by forming a transparent electrode (2) and an LSI input/output wiring (4) directly on one (10) of transparent substrates (9, 10), mounting an LSI (15) on the substrate (10), and attaching an electric component (13) and an FPC assembly (14) composed of an FPC (8) mounted with a connector (17) to the same. A connector may be provided to the FPC (8). Since the transparent wiring electrode (2) and the LSI input/output wiring (4) are covered with the FPC (8), the transparent wiring electrode (2) composed of an ITO and the LSI input/output wiring (4) can be prevented from being electrically corroded and from being disconnected because of such electrical corrosion. When a substrate (3) is transparent, the connection between the FPC (8) and the LSI (5) and the connection between the transparent wiring electrode (2) and the LSI input/output wiring (4) are easily visually inspected advantageously. Thus, an LSI can be mounted with the space saved, the mounted LSI can be checked visually, the mounted state (electrically connected state) can be checked and the turn-on of the image display portion can be checked.

Appl.No PCT/JP2001/009854 Applicant SUMITOMO SPECIAL METALS CO., LTD. Inventor KANEKIYO, Hirokazu
A method of making a material alloy for an iron-based rare earth magnet includes the step of forming a melt of an alloy with a composition of (Fe1-mTm)100-x-y-z-n(B1-pCp)xRyTizMn. T is Co and/or Ni; R is at least one element selected from Y (yttrium) and the rare earth elements; and M is at least one element selected from Al, Si, V, Cr, Mn, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, Zr, Nb, Mo, Ag, Hf, Ta, W, Pt, Au and Pb, wherein the following inequalities are satisfied: 10<x≤25 at%, 6≤y<10 at%, 0.5≤z≤12 at%, 0≤m≤0.5, 0≤n≤10 at% and 0≤p≤0.25. Next, the melt is fed onto a shoot with a guide surface tilted at about 1 degree to about 80 degrees with respect to a horizontal plane, thereby moving the melt onto a melt/roller contact region. The melt is then rapidly cooled using a chill roller to make a rapidly solidified alloy including an R2Fe14B phase.
