Stemming reduces inflected words to their stem or root form.
For example the words fishing, fished, fish, and fisher are reduced to the root word, fish,
so a search for fisher returns all the different variations
Returns only one member of a family of patents
Include Non-Patent literature in results

Appl.No PCT/CH2000/000196 Applicant GISEP, Claudio Inventor GISEP, Claudio
The invention relates to a part-holder (10) for holding at least one part to be enameled during its transport through a stationary enameling zone of an enameling line. Said part-holder (10) is provided with an enamel-resistant surface coating (15) which covers that surface of the part-holder (10) that is exposed to the enamel. The inventive part-holder (10) can be easily cleaned after operation, thereby allowing for a cost-effective operation of the enameling line. The part-holder (10) can inter alia be used for enameling small parts and/or for enameling plastic parts.

Appl.No PCT/US1996/007530 Applicant THE BOLER COMPANY Inventor PIERCE, Phillipi, Randsome
A movable subframe or slider (120) for a tractor trailer includes a pair of elongated spaced-apart parallel main members (121) and at least one generally K-shaped cross member structure (122) which extends between and is attached to the main members. Specifically, the K-shaped cross member structure includes a base member (160) which extends perpendicularly between and is attached to the main members, and further includes a pair of inclined members (161), each of which extends angularly between and is attached to a respective one of the main members and the base member. Each of the main members is adapted to be slidably mounted on a respective one of a pair of depending parallel rails of a trailer, and a retractable pin mechanism (124) enables selective positioning of the slider along the rails for variable load distribution of cargo contained in the trailer. A hanger (123) depends from each of the main members adjacent to the ends of the base member for supporting an axle/suspension system. Components of the axle/suspension system also are mounted directly on and adjacent to the inclined members. The K-shaped cross member structure enables the slider to be relatively lightweight yet have improved capability for withstanding the combined vertical and bending lateral and longitudinal loads that the slider is subjected to during operation of the tractor-trailer while being relatively inexpensive to manufacture.

08using electric transmission
Appl.No PCT/US1996/006360 Applicant FRED M. SCHILDWACHTER & SONS, INC. Inventor ORLOFF, Leslie, M.
A remote annunciator system as shown in the figure in which the emission of an acoustic signal by a first annunciator (1) is detected by an acoustic signal detector (5) which causes a radio frequency transmitter (11) to transmit a radio frequency signal. A radio frequency receiver (15, 16) which receives the signal operates a second annunciator (23, 24) which is remote from the first annunciator, to cause the second annunciator to emit an audible or visual signal. Preferably, the radio frequency signal is encoded and is decoded at the receiver, and if the first annunciator can emit two different acoustic signals, the transmitted signal is encoded dependent upon which acoustic signal is emitted and the receiver decoder causes the second annunciator to emit an audible signal or a visual signal which depends on the transmitted signal encoding.

03Fuel tanks
035characterised by venting means
Appl.No PCT/IB1997/000729 Applicant DOS SANTOS, Guilherme Inventor DOS SANTOS, Guilherme
The invention described in the specification relates to a two-way relief valve which may be attached to fuel vessels and conduits to relieve pressure or vacuum in the vessels or conduits. The valve (10) contains a valve body (12) defining a cavity (20), means (22) for attaching the valve to a vessel or conduit and inlet (66, 66', 54) and exit (26, 26', 30) ports on the valve body (12) open to the cavity (20). The inlet (66, 66', 54) and exit (26, 26', 30) ports contain closure elements (32, 32', 34, 68, 68', 56) or valve members and bias means (40, 58, 70, 70', 38, 38') therefor which are resiliently biased to resist opening of the closure elements (32, 32', 34, 68, 68', 56). In use, the valve (10) promotes the reduction in vaporization of volatile fluids from a storage vessel or conduit thereby reducing pollution caused by the escape of vapors from the vessel or conduit and allows the flow of fluids into the vessel or conduits to reduce damage to the vessel or conduit caused by excessive vacuum.

Appl.No PCT/US1997/005529 Applicant ALLIED MINERAL PRODUCTS, INC. Inventor BRENNEMAN, Ronald, G.
A liner (32) and lining method for a vertical shaft metallurgical vessel (30). The liner (32) includes a working lining (50) within the shell of the vessel (38) and a secondary lining (42) exhibiting fluid properties, such as a dry-vibratable refractory lining, between the shell (38) and a portion of the working lining (50). The lining method includes the steps of providing a working lining (50) within the shell (38) of the vessel (30) and providing a secondary fluid refractory lining (42) such as a dry-vibratable refractory lining between the shell (38) and a portion of the working lining (50). The secondary lining (42) provides as a barrier to any molten metal and slag that may penetrate through the working lining (50) and may assist in prolonging the operating life of the working lining (50).

A transformer including a core having first and second portions, and first and second primary winding sections. The first primary winding section includes a plurality of winding layers (L1-Ln) about the first portion of the core, and the second primary winding section includes a plurality of winding layers (L1-Ln) about the second portion of the core. Corresponding winding layers of the first and second winding sections are separated by a distance (D1-Dn). The distance (D1-Dn) between the corresponding layers of first and second primary winding sections increases as the number of winding layers (L1-Ln) increases.
