Stemming reduces inflected words to their stem or root form.
For example the words fishing, fished, fish, and fisher are reduced to the root word, fish,
so a search for fisher returns all the different variations
Returns only one member of a family of patents
Include Non-Patent literature in results

The invention relates to liquid multi-phase substantially CFC-free cleaning agents that contain at least two continuous phases. The inventive cleaning agent comprises at least one lower aqueous phase I and one upper non-aqueous liquid phase II non-miscible with said aqueous phase. The two phases can be temporarily converted to an emulsion by shaking and contain an anionic and/or non-ionic surfactant. The inventive cleaning agents are used in a method for cleaning hard surfaces, especially glass. According to said method, the cleaning agent is temporarily converted to an emulsion by shaking, is applied, especially by spraying, on the surface to be cleaned in an amount of 1.5 to 10 g per m2 and the surface is cleaned if necessary by wiping it with an absorbent soft object.

Disclosed herein is a scissors-sharpener. A scissors-sharpener includes a body (10) having elongated guide grooves (11) on both sides thereof for enabling slide coupling, and a plurality of supports (12) made of rubber on the bottom face thereof. The scissors-sharper further includes a sharpening plate (20) upwardly swollen to be elastically deformed downwardly. The sharpening plate (20) includes a sand paper (21) formed of minute particles, and a guide flange (22) internally extended from the lower ends of the downwardly bent side portions for the sharpening plate (20) to slidably fit into the guide grooves (11). With this configuration, the novices can easily use the scissors-sharpener in order to uniformly and regularly sharpen haircutting scissors, without causing their fingers to be hurt from slipping or the blade edges of the scissors to be damaged because of irregular sharpening.

The invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering and materials. More specifically, the invention relates to a self-adjusting system of crossing rails having multiple characteristics which extend the useful life of the crossing system by at least a factor of four, while offering a safety support by providing redundancy to the line system. In this way, human passengers can move from place to place easily and safely with a minimum of noise and vibrations. In addition, the proprietor of the system can benefit from lower maintenance costs and less exposure to financial risk. Moreover, the system can be installed at a multitude of diverse natural sites without altering or damaging the environment. Moreover, the same components can be used to produce other configuration options which increase the possibility of creating a system having characteristics enabling same to cover a multitude of inclinations. According to the invention, the various components are combined in order to obtain (i) maximum conservation of energy, said configuration combining a smooth rail (Fig. 1) and the self-balancing system (Fig. 3), or (ii) maximum braking, said configuration combining the skeleton rail (Fig. 2) and the high-braking safety system (Fig. 4).

A method of conducting and electronically documenting analyte screening testing such as testing for drugs of abuse uses one or more analyte screening media carried in a support, the media expressing results of reaction visibly on the media. The method includes contacting the analyte screening support with a bodily fluid of the donor to allow reaction of the reactant with an analyte tested by the reactant if present in the bodily fluid, then electronically imaging the reacted analyte screening support visibly showing the test results, and incorporating that electronic image into a read-only electronic form (Fig. 11). The donor provides an authentication into the electronic form or onto a print copy of the form.

A duty dithering method for use with electronic support measures and radar warning receivers, and the like, that provides for improved probability of intercept at low utilization levels. The electronic support measures (ESM) system and radar warning receiver are controlled by a multi-system sensor manager having an ESM scheduler. In accordance with the present method, a maximum duty cycle is chosen for the ESM system. The chosen duty cycle is allocated to the ESM system each frame by the ESM scheduler. At the beginning of each frame, the ESM scheduler picks a random offset and subtracts it from the maximum duty to compute an ESM duty for that frame. The ESM scheduler commands data collections based on the computed duty for that frame. This step is repeated each frame.

Appl.No PCT/US2000/029535 Applicant REALEUM, INC. Inventor SARGEANT, Thomas
The present invention comprises a certain embodiment that addresses the problem of timely compiling validated, accurate data, in real time, in a management industry heavily reliant on technically unskilled and unsupervised remote property managers. Further embodiments provide specialized maintenance support in remote areas and permits remote system modifications from a central management location. At the same time, the systems and methods eliminate problems associated with data security and lack of processing power. In one embodiment, the specification describes a method for managing geographically remote real estate properties that comprises the steps, performed by a processor, of providing a web-based display to a leasing agent at a geographically remote site, providing a series of displays for the leasing agent to input data using a contextual workflow format, and reporting consolidated data input by the leasing agent back to a central management organization in real time.
