Field of the invention: warming-up and subsequent tank unloading from hardened viscous material, mainly viscous oil and mineral oil products during the cold seasons of year. The essence of the invention: In the method steam is submitted in through nozzles of submersible heater, before warming-up actual temperature of the hardened material is measuring, and its warming-up is carried out in two stages divided among themselves by a technological pause at which steam submission is absent, at the first stage of warming-up a gain of temperature of the hardened material is provided, and duration of said technological pause is determined depending on results of measurement of variable depth of a mirror of a bath of rests of loaded material, and also from results of measurement of variable height of nozzles arrangement of said submersible heater concerning said mirror of a bath of rests of loaded material, breaking said technological pause in steam submission at negative result of values of measurements difference of depth of said mirror of a bath of rests of loaded material and height of an arrangement of said nozzles of said submersible heater concerning this mirror. In the device for warming-up a viscous material in the tank, mainly oil and mineral oil, comprising the first independent duct for submission of heat-carrier, pneumatically connected with jet devices directed in parallel to a mirror of said material in the tank and executed as hollow vertical bar, the second independent duct for submission of the heat-carrier, located in parallel to said first independent duct and near to it and pneumatically connected with face nozzles directed to a bottom of the tank , and also means for overlapping of the heat-carrier submission.

The invention relates to a device for adjusting the position of a seat, especially for bicycles having a seat post pertaining to the frame which comprises a mounting post for mounting a seat. The aim of the invention is to achieve a resilient and long-term stable seat position adjustment within a pre-determined adjustable range and to improve ease of assembly. To this end, two rods which are spaced apart are connected to one another at the mounting piece (18). The first rod is configured as a central rod (7, 46) of constant length having a guide rod (14, 60) which is provided for a first fixation within the seat post (3). Said first rod has an upper stopping element (10) and a lower stopping element (11) between which the guide rod (14,60) is arranged in such a manner that it can be slid along the rod and which serve to define the adjustable range (8). It further comprises an anti-torsional fixation (12) for the seat (5). The second rod is configured as a length-variable outer rod (6, 45) and contains a pneumatic spring rod (9) for length adjustment within the predetermined adjustable range (8). At least one fixing device (25, 26; 51) is provided at the free outer rod area for a second fixation at the exterior of the seat post (3). Said device determines a distance of the outer rod (6, 45) to the central rod axis (36). Means (13, 47) for actuating the pneumatic spring rod (9) are connected to the outer rod (6, 45) and serve to adjust the seat position within the adjustable range (8) as required.

The present invention pertains to the field of locking devices and more precisely relates to cylindrical mechanisms which can be used in various lock structures such as door locks. This cylindrical lock mechanism includes a drum having a groove formed therein, wherein fixation plates (3) capable of vertical displacement are mounted in said groove. These plates comprise rectangular openings whose lead-in contact surfaces are located under the key. When the lock is in a locked position, said openings extend horizontally and are vertically offset relative to the centre of the plates. Each plate has its own eccentricity. The inner surface of the drum comprises a plurality of diametrically opposed slots. This invention can be used for simplifying the mechanism structure and for reducing malfunction risks.

A process for producing a steel cord for pneumatic tyres with a bunch of wires, the core of which consists of wire filaments (10) arranged in a bunch parallel and adjacent to one another. There are advantageously at least three wire filaments (10, 20), where at least two wire filaments (10) are spirally wound as filaments (10) forming a core (60) and run parallel and beside each other and at least one wire filament is spirally wound around the two core filaments (10) as the wrapping wire (20). According to the invention, the spiral deformation of the wire filaments (10) is obtained by false twisters (40). This spiral deformation of the wire filaments (10) especially prevents migration of the filaments from the cord composite. It is an advantage if residual torsional stresses between the core filaments and in connection with the restoring forces of the wrapping wire are relieved. The steel cord also advantageously has a flattened, especially oval, shape.

The invention relates to operation method for automation of small arms and to a construction design of an automatic revolver based on said method. The inventive operating method for an automatic weapon during firing consists in rotating a barrel block on a vertical plane with respect to a transversal horizontal axis which connect the barrel block to a frame. Said rotation is produced by arm of force. The inventive automatic revolver comprises a barrel block which is provided with a drum and connected to the frame with the aid of the transversal axis and a grip. Said revolver is also provided with a breech mechanism arranged in the barrel block. The breech mechanism is provided with a stopper, an accelerator, a mechanism for the progressive rotation of the breech mechanism and a unit for a rigid adhesion of the bottom of a fired cartridge to a cup of the breech mechanism. A recoil mechanism is arranged inside the grip and provided with a stopper which is movably fixed to the transversal axis in a cavity of the back wall of the upper part of the grip. The inventive method and automatic revolver make it possible to eliminate the negative action of the arm of force produced during firing.

The device proposed for cleaning metal surfaces consists of a pad (12, 34, 91) of insulating material held between a beak-shaped (11, 52, 94) electrode (10, 26, 46) and the metal surface (8) to be cleaned, plus a low-voltage a.c. power supply (2) which is connected via the other electrode to the metal (7). A pump supplies the pad with a highly corrosive, high-density, acid solution. The pad consists of relatively thick hose or tape. The device has slots (36) into which the gases and vapours produced during cleaning are drawn by an extractor fan (40) and then passed through a washing bottle (41) where they are cleaned. The electrode may have various shapes, and it is possible to replace the tip (28, 94, 98). The electrode is preferably designed with bores through which the acid solution can be fed. The main body (97) of the electrode and the replaceable tip (94, 98) may be coated with a layer (101, 100) of insulating material which prevents short-circuits occurring and concentrates the electrolytic action at the end surface (102) of the electrode. Woven or felt fabric made of polyetheretherketone is preferably used as the insulating material of the pad. The lifetime and working capacity of the device are maximized by using a double-layer pad (92, 93), the inner layer being made of woven fabric (92) and the outer layer of felt (93).
