Stemming reduces inflected words to their stem or root form.
For example the words fishing, fished, fish, and fisher are reduced to the root word, fish,
so a search for fisher returns all the different variations
Returns only one member of a family of patents
Include Non-Patent literature in results

Appl.No PCT/US2003/024004 Applicant CAVIN, George, Wayne Inventor CAVIN, George, Wayne
An improved agricultural feed and method of producing the same are disclosed. The method includes obtaining mill filter cake from the raw sugar cane process not later than 48 hours after the generation of the mill filter cake. The mill filter cake is then dried so that its moisture content is 12% or less. Once dried to this level the resulting product will not ferment and will remain stable and resist the absorption of additional moisture. In a particularly preferred embodiment the mill filter cake is dried using a cyclonic dryer. Other preferred embodiments include pelletizing the feed product and combining it with other known feed products to create blended feed products.

The security apparatus for vending machines defined herein protects the machine from theft of the money and product contained within and deters vandalism. The vending machine is protected by a device that goes around (horizontally) and under the machine (vertically). All four sides and bottom are encased where the vertical piece supports the horizontal strap. The front of this device has a hinging guard bar with a place to put a lock on the opposite side of hinge. This device does not have to attach to the machine; therefore, no holes are drilled into machine. Yet, if preferred, the device has hole(s) for optional attachment(s) to another machine, wall or floor. [107] This device can have optional features to added strength and security of the device such as a shield around the hinges, a shield around the lock, additional tubing around any part of the device.

1Preparatory treatment of cellulose for making derivatives thereof
Appl.No PCT/DE2001/004620 Applicant THÜRINGISCHES INSTITUT FÜR TEXTIL-UND KUNSTSTOFF-FORSCHUNG E.V. Inventor MICHELS, Christoph
The invention relates to a method for producing continuous moulded bodies consisting of cellulose, from pulp, according to the dry-wet extrusion technique. The inventive method comprises an improved thread-forming process which incorporates the determination of the pulp properties and the time-independent thermodynamic and time-dependent kinetic values of thread-formation in a ratio, respectively and which therefore enables the fibre, filament yarn or film properties to be calculated specifically, in advance, from the cellulose parameters in the solution and significant process parameters. This is achieved by fulfilling ratio (I) with (II) for fibres and filaments or (III) for films.

02of foam
Appl.No PCT/US2003/023209 Applicant OZMENT, Alden Inventor OZMENT, Alden
The method of the invention comprises the steps of proportioning a foam concentrate into a non-flammable liquid to form a foam concentrate/liquid mixture and creating a flowing stream of the foam concentrate/liquid mixture. Nitrogen is introduced to the stream of the foam/liquid mixture to initiate the formation of a nitrogen expanded foam fire suppressant. The flowing stream carrying the initially nitrogen expanded foam is dispensed, which completes the full expansion of the nitrogen expanded foam fire suppressant, into the confined area involved in fire thereby to smother the fire and to substantially close off contact between combustible material involved in fire and the ambient atmosphere substantially reducing the danger of explosion or flash fires. The apparatus of the invention is adapted for expanding and dispensing foam and comprises a housing defining an interior through which extends a discharge line defining an eductor for introduction of the expanded gas into the stream of foam concentrate/liquid flowing through the discharge line.

The ends of the housing are closed about the ends of the discharge line and the ends of the discharge line extend beyond the ends of the housing to define a connector at one end for receiving a stream of foam concentrate/liquid and at the opposite end to define the foam dispensing end of the apparatus. A portion of the discharge line in the housing defines an eductor for introduction of the expanding gas into the stream of foam concentrate/liquid flowing through the discharge line.
