An improved agricultural feed and method of producing the same are disclosed. The method includes obtaining mill filter cake from the raw sugar cane process not later than 48 hours after the generation of the mill filter cake. The mill filter cake is then dried so that its moisture content is 12% or less. Once dried to this level the resulting product will not ferment and will remain stable and resist the absorption of additional moisture. In a particularly preferred embodiment the mill filter cake is dried using a cyclonic dryer. Other preferred embodiments include pelletizing the feed product and combining it with other known feed products to create blended feed products.

The present invention relates to a device which indicates the safety limits of the air pressure in each one of the pneumatic tyres of a vehicle by transmitting appropriate information from the wheels to the driving control board. Transmission of information is based on the capacitive coupling between rotating and non-rotating conductive annular surfaces (2-5, 12-19, 72-75) which are mounted into channels of insulated bases (6-9) fixed in the available space between the bearing flange, the braking system and the wheel bearings (66) and are forming cylindrical and plane capacitors. An electronic circuit incorporates these capacitors as basic elements for its operation, and also an AC bridge (20) to give an automatic compensation by measuring the differential capacitance for each pair of the wheels to avoid faulty indication due to causes like humidity, temperature, etc. Also a simple electronic circuit can be used for each one of the wheels. A tyre pressure sensor (1) comprises a semiconductor membrane (30) with an electrode (33) which is shorting out the rotating conductive surfaces (2, 3, 12, 13, 16, 17, 72, 73) when the tyre pressure deviates from the safety limits resulting in a change of the original frequency and giving visual display or audio indication.

In the present or conventional traffic light control apparatus, the motorists are unable to tell when the amber light is going to turn to red. Hence, the motorists are not sure as to whether to proceed or stop their vehicles when the traffic light is showing amber. In some cases, by stopping prematurely, it causes collision from the back or if a motorist drive pass the junction, he/she may commit a traffic offence for driving pass a red traffic light. The ten seconds count down traffic light control apparatus is to fix the above problem. This new apparatus which embeds the 3 lights i.e. green, amber and red in a single opening and in some cases with green or red arrow, comes in a rectangle shape. It departs from the usual rounded shape with 3 separated light units of a conventional traffic light. The novelty of this new apparatus is the changing of the light from green to amber and finally to red and its rectangle shape which embedded the 3 colour lights and in some cases, green or red arrow in a single housing. The new apparatus can be placed horizontally or vertically. The new apparatus uses Light Emitting Diodes ('LEDs') and the front panel has ten blocks of LEDs. When the traffic light is changing from green to red, a block of LEDs will switch off. This is followed by the 2nd, 3rd, 4th blocks, until the 7th block when the remaining lighted green changes to amber. The aforesaid gives advance warning to motorist of the intended change and to allow them to take (depending on their speed and distance) the appropriate steps. The amber light continues to switch off from the 8th 9th and finally to the 10th block where the front panel will be completely blank for a second before it switches to red light. The front panel of the new apparatus with green arrow to allow motorists to turn, operates quite similar to the above except that when it turns red, the green arrow will appear and it will blink for a while before the whole panel turns red. The new apparatus with blinking red arrow allowing motorists to turn when me traffic light is red, operates in the same manner as aforesaid.
