The invention solves the problem of regulating the active position of an arm-rest of a seat in a vehicle, especially in a car. The arm-rest features the mechanism of regulating the active position. This mechanism is made up of the button (1) which through the lever (2) drives the ratchet-wheel (3) that is permanently connected with the cam (4). The cam (4) has the profile which is formed by rectilinear segments having a variable distance from the axis of rotation. The number of segments of the cam (4) corresponds to the number of active positions of the arm-rest. One of the rectilinear segments of the cam (4) rests on the resisting element (5) which is permanently fixed on the pin (6). The notches of the ratchet-wheel (3) are mated with the ratchet mechanism of the lever (7). The ratchet-wheel (3) connected with the cam (4), the ratchet-lever (7) and the resisting element (5) placed on the pin (6) are all mounted in the casing (9) which by means of the pin (6) is attached to the fastening support of the arm-rest (8).

Appl.No PCT/UA2000/000039 Applicant ROTNER, Sergei Mikhailovich Inventor ROTNER, Sergei Mikhailovich
The invention concerns to technologies of reception of the three-dimensional images in firm optical environments with help of a laser beam, and can find application in various industries for creation of the images in volume of a material. The offered way is carried out by creation of volumetric discrete fragments, its centres are removed from each other on distance not less than two sections of such fragments. Creation of volumetric discrete fragments carry out with the help of a laser beam with parameters: density of capacity - exceeding threshold means of penetration (piercing) of a firm optical material, for example for a glass $Kgr;-8-5 1011 Vt/cm2 and duraction of a pulse 5 10-7 sec. Thus formation of discrete fragments is carried out on distance not less than 1 mm from the surface of the unit, firm optical environment - external environment, and focusing of radiation in volume of firm optical environment on axis Z is determined as F n, where F - focal length in vacuum, n - coefficient of refraction of used firm optical environment. Formation of volumetric discrete optical fragments is carried out by moving firm optical environment in three mutually prependicular planes relevantly to a laser beam under the given law. The offered method provides reception of the three-dimensional images in volume of firm optical environment with situation of the separate discrete points on three planes is equivalently as well as at initial object, at prevention of destruction of firm optical environment at the expense of spontaneous formation of cracks between volumetric discrete fragments.

Appl.No PCT/US2001/003314 Applicant RAYTHEON COMPANY Inventor ANAGNOST, John, J.
A system (30) for adjusting the orientation of a spacecraft adapted for use with a satellite (10). The system (30) includes a first control circuit (32, 38, 40) for canceling any momentum of the spacecraft via a counter-rotating spacecraft bus (16, 18). A second controller (32, 42, 44, 46, 48) orients the spacecraft via the application of internal spacecraft forces. In a specific embodiment, the spacecraft bus (16, 18) serves a dual use as storage section and includes a mass (16) having a moment of inertia on the same order as the moment of inertia of the satellite (10). The satellite (10) includes a bus section (16) and a payload section (14). The mass (16) includes the bus section (16). The first control circuit (32, 38, 40) runs software to selectively spin the mass (16) to cancel the momentum of the satellite (10). The software computes an actuator control signal, via a computer (32), that drives a first actuator (38) that spins the mass (16). The first control circuit (32, 38, 40) further includes a circuit for determining the inertial angular rate of the satellite (10) that includes a gyroscope sensor package (34) in communication with the computer (32). The gyroscope sensor package (34) provides a rate signal to the computer (32) that is representative of the momentum of the satellite (10). The computer (32) runs software for generating the actuator control signal in response to the receipt of the rate signal from the gyroscope sensor package (34). The second controller (32, 42, 44, 46, 48) includes a first reaction wheel (20) having an axis of rotation (26) approximately perpendicular to an axis of rotation (28) of a second reaction wheel (22). The first and second reaction wheels (20, 22) are rigidly mounted to the spacecraft bus (18, 16) and are free to spin about their respective axis. The first and second reaction wheels (20, 22) are selectively spun via first and second actuators (44, 48), respectively, in response to the receipt of first and second steering control signals, respectively.

Appl.No PCT/DE2001/002986 Applicant ROBERT BOSCH GMBH Inventor FRANK, Kurt
The invention relates to a fuel injection valve comprising a valve body (3), inside of which a boring (7) is provided that has a plunger-like valve element (10) arranged therein. Said valve element (10) can be longitudinally displaced inside the boring (7) counter to a closing force and uses its longitudinal movement to control at least one injection opening (22) through which the fuel can be injected into the combustion chamber of the internal combustion engine. The tensioning of the valve retaining body (1) against the valve body (3) is effected by means of a tensioning nut (5), which surrounds the valve body (3) and, with an internal threading (44), engages inside an external threading (42) provided on the valve retaining body (1). The bearing flank (52) of the external threading (42) and the bearing flank (50) of the internal threading (44), which are pressed against one another by the tensioning, are perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (8) of the external threading (42) thereby preventing the exertion of outwardly directed radial forces onto the tensioning nut (5) while the tensioning nut (5) is tightened.
