Stemming reduces inflected words to their stem or root form.
For example the words fishing, fished, fish, and fisher are reduced to the root word, fish,
so a search for fisher returns all the different variations
Returns only one member of a family of patents
Include Non-Patent literature in results

A non-pneumatic resilient wheel for an offroad vehicle has a tire defined by a row of rubber ground engaging elements (36) each of which has a pair of similar tread structures which are spaced from a median plane to define a central channel (39) into which mud is funnelled when the wheel is in use. The tread structures are also offset from one another angularly about the tire to avoid clogging with mud. A hollow cavity (44) extends transversely through each tread structure for providing the required resiliency. The cavity is distorted inwardly as the element flexes in use so that mud within the cavity tends to be squeezed into the central channel.

Appl.No PCT/KR1998/000244 Applicant PARK, Sil, Sang Inventor PARK, Sil, Sang
A flush toilet which uses waste water instead of tap water when waste water is available. An auxiliary tank (2) holds water collected from wash basins (12), bath tubs, washing machines, or business or industrial machinery. A first float (6) inside the auxiliary tank (2) halts tap water flow when the auxiliary tank (2) is full, a second float (7) inside of the main tank (1) opens up a valve to receive the waste water when the main tank (1) is empty. The normal refilling float is also used. Other embodiments have the waste water flowing directly from the auxiliary tank (2) into the drain (5) for the flush, without being held in the main tank (1) in between, thus keeping the main tank (1) clean. The tap water supply pipe (4a) may be located within the auxiliary tank (2), the main tank (1), or in between the two, and the valves may be located and arranged in various ways. The tap water supply may have a second valve and outlet which feed directly to the drain (5), in order to aid flushes using waste water. In some embodiments, one float controls both the waste water supply valve and the second tap water valve and outlet, using in-line valves or a cam to differentially control the action of two valves. The first float (6) may have apparatus, such as a ring and chain, to prevent it from rising to shut off the tap water supply, and thus prevent the use of waste water for flushing. The auxiliary tank (2) may also have a sloped bottom and drain plug to allow easy cleaning, in the preferred embodiment, the mouth of the waste water supply pipe (3) which carries waste water to the main tank (1) or drain (5) is placed above the sloping bottom so as to avoid ingestion of foreign material from the wash basin, washing machine, etc. The mouth of the waste water supply pipe (3) is also equipped with a check valve to prevent a back flow from the main tank (1) into the auxiliary tank (2).

A pharmaceutical preparation for releasing a water-soluble drug in vivo at a constant rate for long for achieving a prolonged drug effect. The preparation is in the form of a column composed of an inner layer prepared from a nondisintegratable biocompatible material containing a homogeneously dispersed water-soluble drug and an outer layer prepared from a water-impermeable biocompatible material which envelops the inner layer and can control the swelling of the inner layer. The ratio of the length of the section of the inner layer and the length in the axial direction of the preparation is 1 or above, and the inner layer is opened at one or both of its ends so as to come into direct contact with the outer atmosphere.

Problems posed by liquid or gas fuels combustion pollution, require that at any instant a better primary air-fuel mixture is needed. A non adequated excess-air factor will be the source for an incomplete combustion with formation of pollutants. In order to solve these problems a fluid mixture control valve that can be used as part of a carburator has been invented. The mixture valve of the invention is a mixture control valve controlling mixture of a fluid α on a second fluid β, and consists of a set of two calibrated orifices (4) and (5), on a cylindrical tube (2), obturated by the rotative cylindrical pistons (1) and (3). The fluid α flow (liquid or gas) injected will be dependent on angular position of the two pistons (1) and (3), and so will be a function of the two independent control parameters. Also disclosed as an application is a carburator for internal combustion engines, using the mixture valve (6) on primary air flow duct (fluid β), controlling the fuel flow (fluid α). The mixture valve is actuated by two cams (7) and (8), controlled respectively by butterfly valve (11) and by air-flow sensor (7).
