For example the words fishing, fished, fish, and fisher are reduced to the root word, fish,
so a search for fisher returns all the different variations
Returns only one member of a family of patents

Appl.No PCT/RU2001/000520 Applicant GUBAR, Vladimir Alekseevich Inventor GUBAR, Vladimir Alekseevich
The invention relates to the operation of oil, gas, water and other wells and is used for the pulsed processing of the bottomhole of a formation in order to improve the rock permeability and increase the performance of wells. The inventive method consists in running a pressure pulse generator into the perforation zone of the well and stopping said generator oppositely to the upper area, which can ensure a maximum product extraction. Afterwards, the pulses whose pressure is by three times higher than the formation pressure are applied.

Appl.No PCT/RO2003/000003 Applicant S.C. PETROTUB S.A. ROMAN Inventor MIRCEA, Gabriel
This invention refers to a threaded joint, provided with metallic sealing, for pipes used especially in oil and gas extractive industry. Threaded joint, according to the first example, consist of a pipe (1), of which end, called pin (2), is provided with an outside trapezoidal tapered thread and a coupling (3), inside threaded, contact between pin (2) thread and coupling (3) thread being achieved between some coupling thread peak diameters and some pin thread bottom diameters, so that loading efficiency of the threaded joint is equal 100% to the pipe body strength. In the other design version of joint, according to the invention, coupling (3) threads end with a channel (I) performed between threaded area and sealing taper surface; there is a non-metallic insertion (4) placed into this channel, which is chemically resistent to oil products and usual temperatures in wells.

The invention relates to the oil and gas industry and can be used for extracting oil. The inventive device comprises a well arrangement provided with two or more acoustic radiators (1) which are arranged in the lower part thereon and open to the environment by means of windows embodied in the walls of a logging instrument body. Each radiator is provided with two reflectors in the form of cone (12) which are coaxially arranged in an individual manner on both sides of the end of the radiator. The height of the cone is equal to the radius of the reflector, the top thereof having an angle of 90° being oriented towards said reflector. The distance between the ends of the adjacent conical reflectors (12) d ranges from 2 mm to 10 % of the height thereof, the distance from the end of the radiator (1) to the top of the reflector (12) being selected according to the condition of maximum transmission of a mean power to the formation and calculated in accordance with the following formula: A = nλ/8-R, Wherein: n= 1,5,9 λ is an acoustic wavelength R is the internal radius of a well tube. Each acoustical reflector is formed by two identical piezo packages (2) and (3) having a length equal to a quarter length of the acoustic wave in the piezo element material. Said piezo packages are provided with a common fixing base (4) disposed therebetween, the lateral piezo elements of the piezo packages (2) and (3) having an equal polarity. Said invention increases the efficiency factor and the performance of the oil production.

The invention relates to a floating foundation serving as a rigid platform comprised of concrete floating bodies (1), which have a polystyrene insert and are joined in non-positive manner. The aim of the invention is to produce floating foundations (islands) that can support different loads such as: buildings, moving installations, gardens, terraces with seating, gastronomy, suspended tanks, suspended pipes or other accessible premises for observing sea animals. Large floating foundations comprised of concrete floating bodies (1) are required for constructing floating islands of this type that support different loads, whereby these concrete floating bodies can be interconnected by means of foundation beams (2) provided for absorbing tensile and compressive forces. The invention makes these large floating foundations possible and has many diverse applications.

An antenna for transmitting and receiving radio frequency energy. The antenna comprises a conductive top plate formed in the shape of a spiral. In one embodiment a sidewall meanderline extends from an edge of the top plate in the direction of a ground plane. A shorting meanderline connects the top plate and the ground plane. A first region of the top plate overlies the ground plane. A second region of the top plate extends beyond the ground plane. Tuning is provided by adjusting the length and other dimensions of the meanderlines.
