The present invention concerns a method for fixing a knife in wood chipper apparatuses over the whole knife length between two steady surfaces. The fixing force is developed by means of a roller chain located between two counter surfaces and reversing its direction at each of its couplings, said roller chain having stationary end rollers and intermediate roller at the couplings, said intermediate rollers rolling during the press movement in the longitudinal direction of the chain. An external force is applied to the roller chain, said force changing its direction at the touching points of the rollers, so that the force applied to the roller chain affects to multiple points of the counter surfaces thus forming a prominent total pressing force.

This invention concerns a baglike product together with procedures for the manufacture of a composite fabric for the product, which can preferably be utilized as a sleeping or sleeping bag. The bag consists of several layers of thermally insulated fibers as well as non-woven fibers. The bag can be used on more than one occasion, but because of its relatively low price it can be considered as disposable. The composite fabrics is characterized by the fact among others, that one surface of the insulation material is freely exposed, whilst the opposite surface is permanently fixed against one side of the covering and permeable material, so that the insulation material's free surface within the composite fabric lay freely against another area of the insulation material's free surface. One side of the insulation material is fixed against the covering and permeable material by gluing and/or by means of hot welding and/or in combination with ultrasound. Fibers from chemical pulp and/or chemical mechanical and/or mechanical pulp or from regenerated cellulose such as artificial silk are utilized for insulation.

The invention relates to methods for producing a coating by spraying a molten material and can be used for different branches of chemistry, machine building, power engineering and metallurgy. The inventive composite coating can be used in the form of a substrate for applying various coatings, for example polymer coatings and for impregnation with various compounds including catalytic compounds. The aim of said invention is making it possible to produce a coating which has higher technical and operation characteristics such as adhesive strength and a free surface value than the actually known technical level, thereby making it possible to produce a coating having a higher quality and reliability. For this purpose, a composite powder provided with a hydrotalcite-type coating is added to the coating composition as a material ensuring the development of the coating microstructure. The qualitative and quantitative composition of the compound is also disclosed. Said coating is deposed to a metal or ceramic substrate, mechanically processed and afterwards is heat-treated by sintering. A method for heat-treating and the operation modes thereof are also disclosed.

The invention concerns a separator for separation of solid particles and other pollutants from liquid or gases, comprising a scrap trap with seal for liquid, and which separator can be connected to the inside of conduits. The separator is preferably used as a sanitary water seal and draining-well for water and wastewater. The separator has a fixing device (14), that preferably can be connected to an external screening (15). The lower part and opening of the separator is constructional prepared for connection an automatic shut-off device (16), which inner space has a spherical device (17) that is freely movable vertically.

The invention relates to an audio board with digital input/outputs, RS 232 and Ethernet access. Audio interfaces which can be connected to telecommunication systems and the like are known in many cases of application. The invention relates to an adjustable shoe protector which can be removed and which is made from an impermeable material, the front end of said protector being covered with a rubber counter. The upper, front, rear and side sections of the shoe are protected by the inventive device, however, said device does not protect the underneath of the shoe. In this way, the gait of the person wearing the protected shoe is not affected by the protector. Therefore, in functional terms, the inventive protector is used to protect the shoe from the effects of water, sand, earth and general wear without affecting the traction, comfort and gait characteristics of the protected shoe.
