Stemming reduces inflected words to their stem or root form.
For example the words fishing, fished, fish, and fisher are reduced to the root word, fish,
so a search for fisher returns all the different variations
Returns only one member of a family of patents
Include Non-Patent literature in results

Appl.No PCT/DE1986/000449 Applicant SCHEID, Ernst Inventor SCHEID, Ernst
The arrangement (1) as described consists of zones of easily-visible settlement units (2, 2a, 2b, 2c) of limited size, connected to one another by streets (6), having well facilities (4) and cultivation surfaces (7), and which are so arranged in relation to one another in relatively short, usually radial, distances that the water percolates back from the irrigated cultivation surfaces (7) into the well facilities (4) and can collect there. Each settlement unit (2, 2a, 2b, 2c) has a roughly circular construction surface (3) with, as a rule, houses (5) arranged on its edge and, in the middle, the well facility (4). The construction surface (3) of the settlement units (2, 2a, 2b, 2c), including the well facilities (4) and streets, are stabilized in order to support loads by means of a chemical binder. The latter is a component of a hardening mixture of which are made all the building materials for the construction of the houses (6) of the settlement units (2, 2a, 2b, 2c).

Appl.No PCT/CH1984/000110 Applicant ANDREOLI, Marcel Inventor HOTZ, Paul
The pumping device is intended to pump water at a higher level, current water providing the driving energy. It comprises a container (1) slowly filled with water (W) lifting a float (2) and actuating via a lever system (4, 5, 6) the piston (7) of a pump. When the piston pump (7, 8) has effected one stroke, the container (1) must be emptied. To this effect, a float pipe (10) enabling the discharge of water fills a container (11) opening an emptying valve (15) via a lever system (12, 13, 14). In order to leave the valve open during a certain time lapse, but not permanently, the container (11) has a calibrated discharge opening (11'). Owing to its simple arrangement, the present pumping plant is convenient to be used in developing countries.
