The invention describes the preparation of vaccines using polymers of the IDSeqC. The peptides of pIDSeqC are prepared in vitro and inserted into a living organism for inducing an immune response, which eliminates the misfoldome and cures the diseases. The method is used for preparing active or passive vaccines. The technique is appropriate for detecting, preventing or curing diseases related to aging such as degenerative diseases, cancers and infections.
