Gegebenenfalls können im Bereich (48) im gemeinsamen Wandabschnitt (44) Drucksensorfenster (11) angebracht sein. Diese Drucksensorfenster (11) sind dann mit einer hochflexiblen, dünnen Folie wiederum verschlossen. Dies kann bevorzugterweise mittels eines Schrumpffolienschlauchs geschehen. Im inneren Lumen (42) lässt sich ein wieder verwendbarer Drucksensorkatheter einführen, während durch das äussere Lumen (40) eine Spüllösung in den Patienten eingebracht werden kann. Dank der erfindungsgemässen Schutzhülle lassen sich wieder verwendbare Drucksensorkatheter ohne einen erforderlichen Sterilisationsvorgang mehrfach verwenden. Die Schutzhülle (1) wird nach jedem Gebrauch ersetzt.
