Oxide composition materials of high hardness and mechanical properties, as additives in the production of cement, foamed cement, concrete and adhesives, as a new patent gives solutions to the production of the oxide composition materials (1) pulverized to ultra and finely ground oxide composite (6,8) with grains less than 0.0075 mm. These ground oxide composites (6,8) are additionally combined with CaO (2) and Ca(OH)2 (3) activators, which is also modified with easily soluble compounds and aqueous solutions, thus producing foaming cement for mortars, adhesives and concrete (26,27). These materials are also used for producing improved new generation cement (7,9). The patent provides a solution for the improvement of conventional standard cement by dosing CaO (2) into the grinding mill for winter modified cement (15,16,17,18,19). For summer modified cement Ca(OH)2 (3) is dosed into the mill for grinding, thus obtaining cement (20,21,22,23,24). In the production of concrete CaO (2) or Ca(OH)2 is dosed in the mixer thus obtaining improved properties of concrete (13,14) with the possibility of reducing the mass of cement. The patent provides solution for the production of dry mechanical mortars for masonry and plastering (28,29). The patent provides unique solution for the production of dry light mortars for machine plastering (31). A higher capacity of 20% is achieved by concrete factories with unique special four-fraction and three-fraction aggregate (32,33) with a much more precise determination of the amount of water in the aggregate. This patent reveals the possibility of chemical modification among the oldest activators, which is a hydrated lime Ca(OH)2 (34) with a whole range of materials, chemicals and water-soluble substances. CaO (2) chemically reacts with solutions and we thus obtain chemically modified hydrated lime Ca(OH)2 (34) with which we produce modified hydraulic binders (35,37). This patent provides a solution on how usability of cement and other binders can be extended by 100% using CaO (2) and finely ground dried clay (38).
