PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent laminate which achieves load resistance required as a window material for a vehicle, and has a transparent protective film in which the cracks and peeling are hardly caused and that is superior in scratch resistance.

SOLUTION: A transparent laminate 1 comprises: a transparent resin substrate 2; a transparent protective film 3 provided on at least one face thereof; and a transparent primer layer 4 interposed between the substrate 2 and the protective film 3. The substrate 2 has heat resistance to a temperature of 70°C or higher, substantially uniform thickness of 1 mm or more, and an elastic modulus of 1 GPa or more and Vickers hardness of 10 kgf/mm2 or more at room temperature. The protective film 3 contains silicone resin composition as a main component, which contains a cage silsesquioxane resin of 15 wt.% or more, and has a thickness of 5 μm or more but 80 μm less. The primer layer 4 includes an acrylic resin, and has a thickness of 5 μm or more.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body oscillating device which can give various use feelings to a user with various oscillation motions.

SOLUTION: An oscillating mechanism 4 of a body oscillating device 1 comprises: an oscillating member 41 arranged between a base part 3 and a body support part 2; oscillation drive means 42 provided between the base part 3 and the oscillating member 41; and oscillation drive means 43 provided between the oscillating member 41 and the body support part 2. An end 46a of the oscillating member 41 and the base part 3 are connected so as to freely oscillate. An end 46b and the body support part 2 are connected so as to freely oscillate. The oscillation drive means 42 pushes up the oscillating member 41 with respect to the base part 3 with the end 46a as a center, and can oscillate and drive the body support part 2 via the oscillating member 41. The oscillation drive means 43 pushes up the body support part 2 with respect to the oscillation member 41 with the end 46b as a center, and can oscillate and drive the body support part 2. Control means 45 controls the oscillation of the body support part 2 by individually driving the oscillation drive means 42 and the oscillation drive means 43.
