A method for processing a zinc oxychloride-containing secondary material comprises the following steps: 1) leaching a zinc oxychloride-containing secondary material I by using an acid solution; 2) selectively extracting zinc by using a P204-kerosene solvent; 3) conducting reverse extraction-electrolysis to recycle zinc; 4) cyclically operating steps 1) to 4) to achieve enrichment of chlorine, potassium, sodium, magnesium and the like and form a chlorine salt-sulfate mixed system; 5) opening the raffinate obtained in step 4), mixing the opened raffinate with a zinc oxychloride-containing secondary material II when the input and opening balance of chloride ions is achieved, conducting liquid-solid separation, and performing step 1) on the separated deposits for leaching with the acidic raffinate; 6) when the separated solution satisfies a preset condition, purifying the chlorine-containing water phase; and 7) conducting evaporation and concentration to obtain KCl and NaCl products by means of crystallization. This processing method is environment-friendly and energy-saving, requires no discharge of process wastewater, significantly reduces the production cost, and completely eliminates secondary pollution caused by the current dechlorination process.
