This instrument is used during dental preparation; it ensures the retraction of the tongue by means of a cover (tongue cover) that allows optimal visibility for the practitioner and keeps the mouth open for the duration of the operation. The pillar that rests on the lower molars allows the mouth to be opened in a manner that is not disturbing to the patient; the practitioner is confident of the safety of the structures even in the case of an uncooperative patient or a young child. In this way, treatment is administered in a very short time and in a very effective manner. The instrument can be applied to all toothed and partially edentulous patients, and to all operations on the right- or left-hand maxillary and mandibular teeth. The tongue cover is covered by a mirror in order to facilitate the view of the lingual or palatal part of the teeth. The simple and reduced form makes it practical and easily manoeuvrable; moreover, it has a very low cost and is designed for a single use in each patient, making it hygienic, as strongly recommended in dental treatment.
WO/2016/043673 PROCESS FOR PRODUCING TRIPLE SUPERPHOSPHATE (TSP) AND COMPLEX FERTILIZERS WHICH ARE GRANULATED, WITH REACTION DEVICES, FOR GRANULATION-DRYING, FOR PACKAGING THE PRODUCT AND FOR TREATING THE WASTE (SIAPE/GCT- SECOND GENERATION)||WO||24.03.2016|
||PCT/TN2015/000003||GROUPE CHIMIQUE TUNISIEN-DIRECTION CENTRALE DE LA RECHERCHE SCIENTIFIQUE||FOURATI, Amine|
The present invention relates to a process for producing granulated Triple Superphosphate (TSP) (up to 47% P2O5 total concentration) from natural phosphate and phosphoric acid. This invention takes into account the various parameters that are involved in the kinetics of the attack reaction between the phosphate and the phosphoric acid to give a monocalcium solution. This monocalcium solution is used to generate, in an original facility, granules of triple superphosphate containing phosphorus in a water-soluble and citrate-soluble form, that can be assimilated by plants. Moreover, the present invention aims to remedy the limitations of process No. 1.100.817 imposed by the technical specificities of the earlier facilities, and consequently provides a process that is more flexible from the point of view of production capacity and from the point of view of quality of the fertilizer produced. The present invention provides a process for producing phosphate fertilizer granules based on the latest technological advances, relating to: the optimized solubilization of the phosphate in a phosphoric acid solution; the granulation of the resulting monocalcium slurry; the drying of the granulated product in a more improved device; the particle-size separation of the granulated product; the recycling of the final product and of the coarse material (after milling) in a new piece of granulation equipment; the treatment of the gases leaving the dryer making it possible to meet the environmental standards with respect to polluting elements by multistage washing; the storage and stirring of the granulated TSP in two separate suitable areas; the packaging of the final product.
WO/2016/022081 SAVING IRRIGATION WATER BY MEANS OF MICROPOROUS SOLIDS||WO||11.02.2016|
||PCT/TN2015/000004||MHIRI, Foued||MHIRI, Foued|
The aim of the proposed product is to save up to 50% of irrigation water by using a microporous solid made from clay enriched with calcium and magnesium or with any other element that is not environmentally polluting and is non-toxic to living organisms. The microporous solid acts as a water storage reservoir. This method allows: 1 - The use of ordinary clay, to which there are added fusible additions (sawdust or coal dust), calcium hydroxide and magnesium. It is then formed into small 5 mm balls and baked in a furnace at a temperature close to 810 °C. 2- By mixing into soil to a depth of 20 to 25 cm before planting, a well aerated soil is obtained equipped with the water reservoirs. 3- This technique for saving agricultural irrigation water uses totally natural products that have no detrimental effects on plants or humans. 4- This product is very practical for large agricultural plantations (grains, for example) or palm-tree plantations in desert areas. 5- The product is very effective in desert areas. It makes it possible to save more than 50% of irrigation waters. 6- The proposed product is very easy for farmers to use, requires no maintenance and has no negative effect on the environment, plants or humans.
WO/2015/142298 AUTOMATIC DISTRACTOR APPLIANCE, ELECTRONICALLY ASSISTED DEVICES FOR DISTRACTION OR EXTENSION (ELONGATION) OF BONES||WO||24.09.2015|
||PCT/TN2015/000002||KHEMIRI, Mourad||KHEMIRI, Mourad|
The novel device is intended to perform separation, distraction or extension of bones using a mechatronic system which combines mechanics and electronics so that the action is controlled and automated to optimize the activations with improved results. No manual activations are made, which facilitates the procedure for any surgeon or doctor during or after surgery of stimulating a growth or extension of the bone.
WO/2015/130242 MULTI-RIBBED SUPPORT HANGER WITH VARIABLE GEOMETRY||WO||03.09.2015|
||PCT/TN2014/000006||DELLAGI, Mehdi Mahmoud||DELLAGI, Mehdi Mahmoud|
The multi-ribbed support hanger which can be superposed is a construction system which plays a role in the structure, superstructure and infrastructure of any type of construction. Said construction system is a bridging system, which has a function based on the mechanical strength of an arch. Each element (of the construction system) is made from composite/polymer materials and/or metal and/or concrete materials. Said construction system is composed of finished elements (sections/mouldings) and three matrix elements of the assembly structure (key: element which connects and articulates the various ribs; base: element which ensures the grip with the support; skewed connection: element which allows superposition of the hangers). Said construction system, which consists of a multi-ribbed support hanger with variable geometry that can be superposed, assembled from parts which can be inserted into one another, manufactured from composite/polymer materials and/or from metal and/or concrete materials, can carry all types of coverings and/or floors. Said construction system is designed with a computer tool, is industrially produced and can be rapidly implemented.
WO/2015/105464 WET PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING PHOSPHORIC ACID AND REACTION AND FILTRATION DEVICES LINKED TO THE PROCESS||WO||16.07.2015|
||PCT/TN2014/000005||GROUPE CHIMIQUE TUNISIEN-DIRECTION CENTRALE DE LA
RECHERCHE SCIENTIFIQUE||FOURATI, Amine|
The present invention relates to the wet-process manufacture of medium concentration (26 to 30% P2O5) phosphoric acid from natural phosphate and sulphuric acid. It relates to an improvement both in the reaction device that makes it possible to push the degree of solubilization of the phosphate-containing rock to higher values and to ensure a better crystallization of the gypsum produced, and also in the filtration method that makes it possible to improve the filterability of the slurry and to produce a more concentrated phosphoric acid.
WO/2015/102544 NON-EXPLOSIVE AND NON-FLAMMABLE NITROGENOUS FERTILIZER BASED ON AMMONIUM NITRATE||WO||09.07.2015|
||PCT/TN2014/000003||OUADDAY, Mohamed||OUADDAY, Mohamed|
The present invention, entitled "Non-explosive and non-flammable nitrogenous fertilizer based on ammonium nitrate", is a chemical fertilizer intended, mainly, for the contribution in nitrogen input into agricultural soils, essentially in granule form. Said product solves or minimizes many of the main problems found in the chemical fertilizer industry, including the following: the use of fertilizers in the production of explosives for terrorism purposes; the release of noxious gases and greenhouse gases, such as NOx and ammonia; the contamination of water tables by the run-off of chemical substances, especially nitrates, owing to rainfall; and chemical fertilizers having fixed content in terms of nitrogen percentage. The present invention, "Non-explosive nitrogenous fertilizer based on ammonium nitrate", can contain a variable nitrogen concentration of 30 % to 40 %.
