Electrically operated hydropneumatic flushing device for a toilet. The invention relates to a hydropneumatic reservoir (1) the downward discharge of which is connected to a tee (3). To the bottom of the tee (3) will be connected an electrically-operated valve (4) allowing the water to be discharged under electrical control. The absence of direct contact of the user with the flushing system greatly reduces breakdowns caused by inept operation. A venturi device (10) will be connected to the line (7) supplying the reservoir (1) with water so as to allow air to be introduced into the reservoir (1) with the water. This will compensate for air losses in the reservoir (1) and allow some of the air to be discharged with the water into the toilet bowl (12). The device may extend to a communal sanitation installation. The installation will be made up of a single reservoir feeding a number of flushing systems. Each system will be fitted with an electrically operated valve (4) at its top.

The invention consists of a system for converting wind energy (SCEE) into mechanical and then electrical energy. This system (SCEE) is not subject to the theoretical Betz limit (59%). The system (SCEE) has a wheel (F) equipped with a series of blades arranged all around it. The wheel (F) turns in a pivoting connection about a fixed axle (L). Set on the axle (L), a support (E) attaches the end plates of a series of double-acting actuating cylinders (D). The cylinder rods of the latter are in a ball jointed connection with the body (A), the purpose of this being to offer the latter a maximum degree of freedom in space. A rigid arm (C) is set on one side of the wheel (F) and held on the other side, in a pivoting connection, on a U‑shaped section piece (B). Having a circular satellite movement, the latter turns with the wheel (F) while at the same time sliding over a peripheral region of the body (A). When the wind blows against the body (A), the latter pivots with the section piece (B) and pushes on the cylinder rods of the actuating cylinders (D). Having a circular satellite movement, the section piece (B) turns, sliding over a peripheral region of the body (A), thus changing the fulcrum of the moment of the resultant force of the wind (the pivot connection of the section piece (B)) applied to the body (A). The cylinder rods of the actuating cylinders (D) will therefore be pulled and pushed, while at the same time having a cyclic translational movement. Set on the axle (L), and a nacelle (J) chiefly contains a hydraulic motor (H) and an electric generator (G), which can be coupled via a speed multiplier. During the reciprocating movements of the pistons of the actuating cylinders (D), a set of valves allows for a one-way flow of hydraulic fluid inside "out and back" hydraulic circuits either by pulling or pushing. The "out and back" hydraulic circuits are also connected to the hydraulic motor (H). To keep the system (SCEE) always facing into the wind and allow it to pivot on the mast (1), it can be orientated by a tail vane (K) which is fixed, via a support, to the nacelle (J).

The invention concerns an apparatus in different shapes and sizes for underground irrigation of trees and fruit and forest trees as well as for vegetable gardens and potted plants, plants in containers, vases and boxes. The diffusers for trees and shrubs, fruit and forest trees are installed and buried in holes or ditches (1.20) around the trees. The irrigation water filled in the tanks or derived from an irrigation network or an external tank, passes trough the holes (1.6 and 1.18) of the lower part (1.2, or 1.4) of the diffuser and soaks up the porous plate (1.7 or 1.19), then infiltrates into the underlying soil. Said infiltration is carried out at a depth of about 80 cm (or more) away from all evaporation. The reservoir diffuser for decorative plants is set to cover the soil of a specially designed container. The irrigation is carried out by filling up the containers with elements of the reservoir diffuser through one of the orifices (2.4) of the lid (2.2). The water filled up in said containers subsequently infiltrates into the substrate located underneath passing through the containers (2.3) and through the porous plate (2.7). Additionally to its function of diffusing water into the substrate located underneath, the reservoir diffuser constitutes a protecting screen for the humidified substrate against the loss of water by direct or capillary evaporation. The diffusers for vegetable gardens in open field or underneath shelters are buried leaving exposed only about 2 cm above the surface of the ground. The water derived from the nozzle (3.10) via a hose proceeds on its way towards the soil located beneath the diffuser, passing through the nozzle (3.8), the throat (3.6) and its lid (3.2) and the porous plate (3.3). The reservoir diffusers constitute a protective screen for the humidified substrate against loss of water and direct or capillary evaporation.

The invention concerns a method for producing structures, whereof the geometric shape can be broken down into triangles, and which provide without any further treatment the structure with integrated airtightness, the double airtight partition enabling a coolant to be circulated or a relative depression to be generated and hence a more efficient thermal insulation, and also facilitating mounting with above all no need for a particular work site or complex and expensive foundations even on broken terrain. The tops (6) comprise defined arc-shaped indentations (7), whereof the outer surfaces on either side comprise grooves (8), whereof the inner surfaces include a shoulder (9) comprising a groove (10) on both its surfaces, whereof the sides can have an extra thickness (11) at a specific angle, which has on one of the sides at least three openings (12) corresponding to recesses provided in the profiled section. Said structures are prefabricated in series by coating with plastic material, in a mould, a metal profiled section. The method is particularly designed for producing domes, greenhouses and submarine bells.
