This patent application deals with the revealing of the effectiveness of Balanites aegyptiaca bark aqueous extract in treatment of both experimental obstructive jaundice in rats and infective hepatitis in humans. It also reveals the magnitude of safety of the aqueous extract. Intraperitoneal administration of the aqueous extract (15-60 % w/v) to biliary ducts-ligated rats (i.e. experimentally-induced obstructive jaundice) for 3 days in doses of 1.2-4.8 g bark/kg/day (equivalent to 4.91-29.64 mg of freeze-dried aqueous extract/kg) significantly reduced the blood bilirubin concentration by 22-45.9 %. The LD50 values in mice were 33 g bark (= 1320 mg of freeze-dried aqueous extract (F.D.E.) per kg intraperitoneally and 136 g bark (= 5440 mg of freeze-dried aqueous extract) per kg orally. Oral treatment of rats with 65-1625 mg F.D.E./kg/day for 21 days did not produce any significant changes in blood haematological parameters, various blood constituents, locomotor activity, behaviour or respiration as it did not affect any of the vital organs such as the heart, lungs, kidney, spleen, liver and gastrointestinal tract. There was no teratogenicity in rats. Similarly, feeding chicks with the powdered bark mixed in the normal daily food at a level of 2 % or 10 % did not induce any significant changes in blood cellular elements and constituents. Treatment of 242 patients with infective hepatitis with the aqueous extract (15 % w/v) at doses of 30 ml 3 times daily for 3 days resulted in complete treatment of 82 % of the patients with no bile in urine on the 5th day, 11 % of the patients improved in 10 days, 6 % in 2 weeks and 1 % death. The treatment was very well tolerated by the patients without any side effects or complications.

Evaporative cooling from Luffa Egyptiaca. There is huge demand for filters for desert coolers and pads for evaporative cooling for various industrial and agricultural purposes. Extensive studying and testing have shown that Luffa have excellent potential for use as evaporative medium. And since they are a very cheap raw material, it promises to be very competitive compared to other alternatives (aspen, or impregnated paper). Properties: Luffas are very durable material when dealing with water and can withstand water for a very long time. Also when immersed in water and taken out they retain a considerable amount of water for sometime which means they can be of use for evaporative cooling. Moreover when wetted or moistened they become soft and can be pressed, moulded and shaped in many forms. However, Luffas have a drawback compared to other materials used as media. Because they do not absorb water, the water does not spread within them easily. Filter: The Luffas are pressed mechanichally or are power-pressed in moulds in layes ot the required size. They are of course wrapped in nylon mesh as other media. Pads: The pads are formed of an external and internal filter. Sandwitched inbetween are loose cuttins of Luffa to allow the right aire velocity to pass through. The sizes produced are 80.100.150 m m thick pads, which give saturation efficiencies of well over 80 %. Moreover they provide humidities of almost up to 100 % which is needed in a number of usages.

An oral administration of the aqueous extract (30 % w/v given at 100ml every 8hrs for 30 days) for the treatment of Hiv/Aids patients have shown excellent results. The same was given to patients with Leukemia and a good increase in platelets (25000 weekly), (TwBc 500 weakly) and a normal blood differential reading after one month. The treatment was very well tolerated by the patients without side effects or complication.

A new theory explains that the real indicator to the food element - breaking up by heat during the evaporation, is the area of the heating surface. The explanation discuss according to a suggested expression about the factors in the boiling processing. This theory incorporates a diagram for the function of the heating surface area per cm2 that encounter each one liter of the juice, in the browning degree of the end-product that product of evaporating the refine sugar cane juices by means of the rural sugar (jaagerry). The invention includes a highly efficient evaporator machine for keeping food elements intact by heat after the extraction of water. It treats the liquid food in a large heating surface area compound of a number of plats that carry a heat mediator or the liquid under process in flat zigzagging tubes. The treatment of the liquid food completes in two processes, the first one is a cycle to concentrate the liquid in two apparatus to heat the liquid, then extracting the water. The second process is to evaporate the concentrated liquid in a single pass.

No available specific tests for HIV Investigators detection of antibodies in the blood, it is an indirect method of detection. So if the physician expected that a certain person has the disease he request a certain test to be done to prove or exclude the presence of the virus. In the same time there is a test to prove that the patient in who has been given treatment for example become Ok since by the same test which proved that he is positive the patient will continue to give positive test, since the antibodies will remain in his blood for years. The antibodies in the majority of diseases usually give immunity but not in case HIV, it is an indication that the person in question is harboring the virus. Uptill now no curative treatment for HIV. Several drugs has been introduced for this purpose, but their effect is not sure. May be they elongate the life free of symptoms but their side-effects are greater than the benefit. For example AZT causes aneamia and the patient needs the VIH patient. May be it elongate his life. In case of my medication I did not notice any side effects on those who took it Contrary to the drugs used, in case of my drug the patient gains appetite, the haemoglobin rises, his weight increases, and they resume their normal work without external support. In the attached report one can notice the improvement in the cases included as dated advance.

A better arrangement of gardens of fruits and vegetables to increase production by 15.47 %. The current arrangement is based on the square where the garden is divided into squares of certain length depending on the optimal distance between the trees. The new arrangement is based on the equilateral triangle where the garden is divided into equilateral triangles of sides equal to the optimum distance between the trees. If two triangles are joined together, four trees are placed on them and the resulting shape is diamond with angle equal to 60°. A square with the same base as this diamond will accommodate four trees, but the area of the diamond is 0.8660254037844 of the area of the square which means an increase in the number of trees by 15.47005383798 %. To obtain this ratio, the shape of the garden should be one of the seven figures considered.
