On the other hand, every day the scientists discover new viruses that affect to people like Ebola and some times the governments plan to make emergency case to stop spreading the viruses or the infectious disease. Therefore, the concept of this invention to detect the suspicious people, narcotics takers and people who carry infectious diseases.

The hybrid organic-inorganic perovskite-based solar cell with copper oxide as a hole transport material includes a transparent conducting film layer (12) sandwiched between a glass substrate (11) and a titanium dioxide layer (14). The transparent conducting film layer (12) can be fluorine-doped tin oxide. A lead methylammonium tri-iodide perovskite layer (16) is formed on the titanium dioxide layer (14), such that the titanium dioxide layer (14) is sandwiched between the lead methylammonium tri-iodide perovskite layer (16) and the transparent conducting film layer (12). A layer of copper oxide (Cu2O) (18), as a hole transport material, is formed on the lead methylammonium tri-iodide perovskite layer (16). The lead methylammonium tri-iodide perovskite layer (16) is sandwiched between the layer of hole transport material (18) and the titanium dioxide layer (14). A gold contact (20) is formed on the layer of hole transport material (18).

Key distribution
The method for generating a secret key for encrypted wireless communications is a physical layer technique that exploits channel randomness between two nodes (10, 12), the channel being characterized by reciprocity between the two nodes (10, 12). Reference 5 signals exchanged by the two nodes (10, 12) are used to form a channel estimate, including gain location and phase location. The gain and phase locations are compared to threshold values, and locations exceeding the respective thresholds are stored in vectors. The moving differences between gain and phase locations at adjacent sampling times define secondary random processes. The moving difference values are quantized and converted to bit streams, 0 which are concatenated to generate the secret key. Measures are provided to reduce parity errors, thereby reducing the bit mismatch rate (BMR).

The presently described catheter is an improved multi-function hypospadias catheter adapted to be urethrally inserted and secured within a patient's bladder using an attached internal crescent shaped retention balloon. The inverted crescent configuration of the balloon reduces the contact surface area between the balloon and a patient's bladder wall to reduce bladder spasms. The catheter is removed from the patient (when needed) via deflation of the crescent shaped balloon, which deflates completely so as to not contact a patient's urethra during insertion and removal of the catheter. The catheter includes a double lumen with a one-way flow valve. One lumen provides a passageway to drain urine from a patient's bladder. The second lumen provides a passageway to inflate and deflate the crescent shaped retention balloon.

It can send a warning signal if the amount of that values reached the limit, also it can be use used to calculate the nutritional values as a record.
