Depending - on the height - the movement with which the drop falls, the air speed can be determined by means of the horizontal range of the parabolic movement followed by the drop of liquid, and evaluated using the distance between the point of impact of the drop on the surface with respect to the center. The direction of the air speed can also be determined from angle formed by the projection of the vertical plane above which projection the air moves in relation to the x-axis of the x-y plane located above the interchangeable plate (3).

A method is disclosed for extracting metals from concentrated sulphurated minerals containing metals by direct reduction with regeneration and recycling of the reducing agent, iron, and of the flux, sodium carbonate. It is a combination of pyrometallurgical and hydrometallurgical processes which differ from the conventional processes. They do not require previous toasting of the concentrated sulphurated minerals and are technically and economically more advantageous than the presently used processes, since they directly reduce to zero the positive oxidation state of the metal, using a single reactor for extracting the metal, regenerating and recycling the metallurgical feed materials in complementary processes, the kinetics of the chemical reactions being characterised by high speed, without generating any slags or pollutant gases. The metals can be extracted at a reduced cost and in an environmentally sustainable manner.

In summary, the utility model according to the invention is applied to an original articulated drilling vehicle, which has two purposes. The drilling vehicle carries out works to drill holes in underground mining. After having created the holes, the vehicle is removed from the area so that the mine personnel can place the dynamite and the blowing-up process is carried out in the area where dynamite was placed. Said activities can be for the purpose of extracting minerals or advancing the tunnel towards the mineral vein. The main characteristic of the invention is that is enables drilling works to be carried out in tunnels with narrow sections where, until now, self-propelled drilling vehicles could not enter. In these tunnels with narrow sections, the mineral extraction works are carried out artisanally or manually, and expose the personnel working on these operations to health risks.
