The invention relates to a reversible hydroelectric power plant using a mechanical water return system including valves. The hydroelectric power plant uses an upper water tank from which water is conveyed in order to rotate the turbine. The water that has passed through the turbine is stored in a lower tank so that it can be used in the belt-based movement of the pistons using a water wheel. The pistons drive the water that is conveyed through the cylinders to the upper basin or reservoir via a system of ducts disposed such as to multiply the return force of the water. The ducts are equipped with valves that prevent the return of the ascending water, allowing the movement of the liquid in a single direction and reducing the gravitational hydrostatic pressure in order to prevent the water from returning to the cylinders. The invention allows 100% of the water that has passed though the turbine to be returned in each cycle, with high energy efficiency and no environmental impact.

The invention relates to an environmentally-friendly waterless toilet that uses biodegradable packs. The invention is provided with a device for packing human faeces using a system for bagging, sealing and packing same in biodegradable plastic bags, to be transported to suitable locations for storage and subsequent treatment. For this purpose, the invention comprises rollers with toothed wheels at the ends thereof, the surface being provided with a notch and a wedge for sealing and cutting. The invention also includes an endless screw for pushing the bags into another larger bag. The system saves all the water normally used as a transport means in the treatment of human faeces and urine.

The invention relates to a device and a technique for the digestion of effluents by fluidised beds and limicolous filtration, said device consisting of four independent, intercommunicating tanks, without sludge recirculation, for treating liquid effluents in a vertical biological manner, with biological stratification by means of air injection pressure control, and filtration devices comprising elements which favour the adhesion of lime. The waste effluents follow a continuous and ordered flow throughout the process, resulting in water which satisfies the regulations for the discharge of effluents to receiving bodies of water and sewers.
