The proposed rotary transducer relates to measurement systems; it can be used in flow meters and in gas and liquid flow meters and reduces the degree of error in measuring low flow rates. The proposed rotary transducer comprises a stator (1) with a working chamber (2) and two rotors (3) in the form of an '8' and configured so as to be perpendicular to one another. A constriction device (4) is provided at the inlet into the working chamber (2). The flow rate and quantity of medium passing through the transducer is determined by the volume of the measurement chamber (5). The contour of the working surfaces of the rotors is determined by polynomial equations while that of the stator corresponds to the geometrical parameters of the rotors and comprises arcs of different radii whose centres are on the major axis of the stator and separated by a distance equal to the half sum of the major and minor axes of the rotors.

The claimed invention pertains to heat and power engineering and can be used in heating and electrical power supply systems in buildings, installations, transport systems, and domestic and industrial water heating systems. The basic structural element in the proposed facility is a heat generator (1) comprising a housing (2), a liquid flow accelerator-cyclone (3), brake system (8), and a baffle with an outlet aperture communicating with the outlet nozzle (9). The facility is provided with two closed vessels (10, 13) situated at different levels. A hydraulic turbine (11, 14) is provided in each of said vessels. The top part of the heat generator with the nozzle (9) is mounted in the top vessel (10), so that the nozzle is aligned along the tangent to the turbine circumference. In the bottom vessel (14), the hydraulic turbine is mounted at the outlet of the pipe (16) connecting the two vessels. The cross-sectional area of the outlet aperture of the connecting pipe (16) is at least two times smaller than that of the nozzle itself. Each hydraulic turbine is kinetically connected to a generator (12, 15) mounted on the outer wall of each vessel. Both vessels are connected additionally by a drainage pipe (17) whose internal diameter should be greater than or equal to the internal diameter of the heat generator housing. As well as thermal energy, the facility produces electrical energy which does not require the consumption of natural heat carriers. The electrical energy obtained can be used to reduce the electrical power consumption of the driving electrical pump of the heat generator, provide additional heating for the liquid, and for supplying three-phase current for homes and for various appliances.

The opto-electronic flowmeter is intended for use in measuring the flow rate of gas, liquid or steam and can be used in control and measuring systems and flow measurement meters, primarily in household and communal systems. The opto-electronic flowmeter comprises a pipeline (1) with a built-in constricting device (2) in the form of an iris diaphragm (3), a step motor (4), a differential pressure sensor (8), a microprocessor (6), a digital display (12), a data calculator (7) with a smart credit card, a set of photoemitters (9), a set of photoreceptors (10) and a booster unit (11). The differential pressure sensor comprises multimode or monomode optical fibres with a small-mode constriction covered over with a silicone compound. The said constriction is formed when the differential pressure sensor is manufacturated by heating and drawing the optical fibres. Heating is done using continuous monomode laser radiation which is expanded and focused along the optical fibres by two cylindrical mirrors. The heating temperature is kept constant by adjusting the focal plane of the second cylindrical mirror.

This invention relates to engine-building and more particularly to a method of piston internal combustion engine working and may be used in stationary power-generating plants and in transport. A method of piston internal combustion engine working comprising the suction valve (1) opening into the cylinder (8) over-piston cavity, feeding the working medium into it before the suction valve (1) shutting off; further compressing and burning of the working medium with its further expansion and discharge of the worked-out gases. A detonating additive is added into the working medium, but the working medium expansion is preferably affected at its constant pressure and the over-piston cavity variable volume. The piston internal combustion engine comprises a rocker (5) of variable length which is provided by telescopic spring (24) of variable rigidity and hydrocylinder (13) and compensator (4) which is provided by a telescopic spring (28) of variable rigidity and hydrocylinder (31). A rocker (5) of variable length provides fuel burning at the constant pressure of the working medium and variable volume of the over-piston cavity. Compensator (4) provides automatical adjusting of the given compression pressure rate.

The invention relates to medical technology, specifically orthopaedics, and facilitates effective relief of pain in the region of the brachial plexus. The proposed crutch comprises an axillary support (1), a shaft (2), a grip (3), brackets (4 and 5), and an end piece (6). The grip (3) is mounted on the brackets (4 and 5) at a distance of 50-150 mm from the axis of the shaft (2). The position of the grip coincides with the natural position of the wrist, so that a significant load can be borne by the arm and evenly distributed across the shoulder. The grip can be mounted on the crutch shaft in such a way that it can rotate, slide along the shaft axis and be fixed in the requisite position. The crutch can be provided with an extending core fitted telescopically to the shaft at the end-piece end in such a way that it can slide along the shaft axis and be fixed in the requisite position. The axillary support can also be attached to an extending core fitted telescopically to the shaft in such a way that it can rotate, slide along the shaft axis and be fixed in the requisite position. A hollow tube can be fitted telescopically over the crutch shaft in such a way that it can rotate, slide and be fixed in position, in which case the grip is mounted on the hollow tube. Other combinations and models of crutch and grip are also possible. Several models of the grip are presented in various positions relative to the plane of the shaft axis and axillary support. The crutch can also be provided with an elbow support with extended grip. The proposed crutch enables the user to spread his or her weight onto two different support points, namely, the grip and the axillary support.

This invention relates to the building industry and can be used for quickly connecting tubular elements such as risers and stringers during the erection of scaffoldings. According to the invention, a tubular connection contains two tubular elements which are to be joined. At one end of the tubular element in the region of junction, the diameter thereof is smaller than the internal diameter of the other end for the value of a predetermined gap. The external surface of said region of junction contains at least one rib containing a longitudinal and an inclined parts. The other end of the tubular element contains protrusions on the internal side thereof; the number of such protrusions corresponds to the number of ribs and the size and shape thereof correspond to the cross-section of the ribs. The invention allows for enhancement of the strength of the region of junction of tubular elements and creates more reliable tubular connections.

The present invention relates to methods and devices for verifying the authenticity of various securities and may be used for determining the authenticity of banknotes, financial documents, identity cards and other important documents. The method consists in that the security is transilluminated with a light flux passing from a light source to a receiver, is registered the feature of paper, is compared the registration result with the reference feature, obtained during the control test and stored in a database of reference features, the coincidence of signs confirming the authenticity of the security. As a protective element is used an image in the form of a projection on the receiver of patterns, formed by its nearest 1-6 layers of fibers inside the texture of paper, of the preselected control site, the dimensions of which exceed the transverse dimensions of the paper fibers at least twice. It is carried out the identification of security with the ability to locate the control area defined by the coordinates and/or typographical feature, the security is transilluminated with a light flux on the control area, is registered the control area image with a resolution of at least 1200 pixels per inch. In the alternative embodiment of the device for realization of the method for verifying the authenticity of securities, which is a mobile phone, the light source and the receiver being aligned in different parts of the body, the receiver is made in the form of a flat photosensor having a resolution of at least 1200 pixels per inch. In another alternative ambodiment the light source is located by the circuit of the photosensor, at the same time the device is equipped with a means for security pressing to the photosensor, reflecting the luminous flux, emitted by the source, on the photosensor. At the same time in both alternative embodiments of the device the protective layer of the photosensor is made in the form of a light-guiding plate with photoconductive elements, which transmit the luminous flux to the surface of the photosensitive layer. The result, achieved at the realization of the present invention, consists in providing the simplicity, high reliability and validity of authentification of securities.

The invention relates to methods of operation of engines with a special operating process, in particular using the potential energy of liquids, gases or their mixture as a result of increasing their pressure. Engines, which realize the claimed method, can be used in generating mechanical, electric energy, pumping liquids and gases in the air, sea, road, railway transport vehicles and in agricultural, military machinery, etc. Summary of the invention consists in that in the method of operation of the rotary engine, which includes the interaction of the working medium with the working surfaces of the blades, the potential energy of the working medium obtained by increasing its pressure in a closed chamber, bordering upon a cylinder, two side covers, an axis, gaskets, a piston and work surfaces of the blades, made, for example, in the form of triangle, and forming a closed capacity, is transformed as a result of interaction of the compressed working medium with the working surfaces of the blades into mechanical rotation energy. The technical result consists in increasing the power capacity and efficiency compared to existing engines.

The invention relates to equipment for public amusement and makes it possible to make such equipment more attractive. The invention relates to a sideshow attraction which includes a covered and fenced pavilion, a ramp for boarding and disembarking passengers, transportation tracks, which run under the roof covering the sideshow attraction and intersect between them, whereby said tracks are equipped with switches having a control unit. Vehicles with autonomous drives are placed on the transportation tracks. Panels and devices for generating sound and light effects are provided along said transportation tracks. The sideshow attraction also contains storage facilities to store spare vehicles. The transportation tracks are placed on different levels and represent two independent main circuits, whereby each one of them includes an additional circuit connected to the principal circuit by a switch; the vehicles are provided with a unit for recording the selection of another vehicle. The additional circuit contains at least one section located in a parallel position with respect to a similar section of another additional circuit, adjacent to said section and on the same level with the latter. The invention makes it possible to vary the path of the vehicle.
