This is a paint composed of denatured silicate as vehicle and aluminosilicate as dispersoid. Its chemical structure being made reticulated one due to silanol radical reaction, this paint forms a special, completely inorganic functional film close to organic high molecular one. This film prohibits the flow of ions of iron, thus performing anti-corrosive action and discomposing the secretion of sea adhesive organisms, amino acid calcium colloid to give innoxious anti-fouling effect. The paint is also applicable to inside and outside coating of structures and colors for pictures, which have permanent smokeless, humidity controlling, anti-bacterial, anti-static properties.

This invention relates to an apparatus for removing abnormal discrepancies appearing on the surface of human body, on the face in particular, by using ultra-short wave discharge heating effect. The apparatus comprises four parts, i.e. a circuit of power source, filter circuit, oscillator circuit, power amplification and output circuit. A.C. 220 V or 110 V is supplied to primary winding of transformer. The pulsated d.c. voltage from rectifying circuit is smoothed at filter circuit and supplied to the circuit. Oscillator circuit was designed so as to supply input signal enough for next stage, the circuit of power amplification. The last power amplification stage is composed so as to supply discharge voltage and current enough for scorching abnormal discrepancies on the surface of human skin.

The transmission is composed of an input shaft (1), a power return disk (2), a power return magnet (3), an input gear (4), a planet gear (5), a rotor (6), an output gear (7), an output shaft (8) and a stator (9). The revolution affects to the magnetic field of the stator and that raises the reaction force to the revolution. In other hand, the planet unit (planet gear and rotor) as a rotation mass inertial body has a gyroscope moment and it also react to the revolution of the planet unit. A sauna room (20) equipped with far infrared radiation generator (1) and having a room temperature of 80-110°C. The far infrared radiation generator (1) comprises a far infrared emitting panel (2), an electric heating wire (3) embedded in the panel and a thermal insulating body (4) surrounding the emitting panel at its peripheral sides and back surface, wherein the emitting panel (2) is made of silicon dioxide and water glass, the thermal insulating body is made of white fly ash, alumina cement and optionally asbestos or glass fibers, and the emitting panel (2) is heated by the embedded electric heating wire (3) to a temperature of 200-350°C, preferably 250-300°C, thereby irradiate far infrared rays at an emissivity of 0.5 or higher for wavelengths of 9-20μm and of 0.05 or less for wavelengths of 3μm or below.

The present invention relates to a converter for resistive sensors of high sensitivity. The converter consists of a three-terminal voltage stabilizing IC (1), a Zener diode (2) connected to the ICs output terminal (1 b), two resistors (R1 , R2) connected between the ICs output terminal (1 b) and the common terminal (1c) and between the common terminal (1c) and ground (5c), separately. One of the above-mentioned two resistors (Rs) senses any physical variable and the other resistor sets up the DC stabilized voltage corresponding to the original value measured in section. Non-stabilized DC power (3) is connected to the power terminals (5a) and (5c) of the converter (5), and the load (4) is connected to its output terminals (5b) and (5c). The load (4) may be displaying means (41) like an instrument, or means driven by current (42), like a relay. The present invention can be used for devices to measure, control or handle such physical variables as temperature, power and infrared light.

This invention is related to the health-care instruments using polarized light for treating and preventing cerebral and heart diseases. These instruments comprise a jewel-polarizer to obtain polarized light and the fixing element of keep the polarizer on the certain part of a human body. These are made in the form of a finger-ring, bracelet, wristwatch, hand glass, torch, etc., and are very convenient for ordinary people to use in any place without any assistance of a doctor. The ornament type instrument is always carried on a human body, thereby bringing about the effect of illumination of polarized light. At least 15 but at most 20 minutes are required when skin area of 225 to 10,800 mm2 is exposed to the polarized light of 2,600 to 80,000 Lux obtained by the other type of instruments.
