A composition of nanogold injection and its manufacturing method are disclosed. The nanogold colloid is made by adding polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP, molecular weight less than 40,000) as a stabilizer to the boiling combined aqueous solution of sodium citrate and mushroom-poly saccharide, and mixing at a rate of more than 1500rpm, adding solution of chloroauric acid (HAuCl 4) therein, controlling pH of obtained colloid solution between 6-8, filtering and autoclaving it to yield the nanogold injection. The mean particle size of the nanogold is less than 30nm. The concentration of nanogold is 10- 100 mg/L. The content of polyvinyl pyrrohdone is 0.01-0.2wt%, sodium citrate is 0.01-0.1wt%, mushroom-polysaccharide is 0.1-0.5%.The pH of nanogold coiloid solution is 6-8.

An apparatus for generating the gas mixture (Brown gas) of hydrogen and oxygen by water electrolysis, particularly the Brown gas generator which enhances energy efficiency for water electrolysis by applying MHD (Magnetohydrodynamics) effects and catalytic effects to water electrolysis in magnetic field. In order to overcome the limitations of the prior art, said apparatus causes asymmetric pulse current to pass through electrolytic solution by applying 50-300 Hz of asymmetric pulse voltage to the electrode plates, and it applies the 3000-15000 Gs of magnetic field perpendicular to electrolytic current throughout the electrolysis space, whereby causes asymmetric pulse vibration of water molecules and MHD propulsive power in the electrolytic solution, through the interaction between asymmetric pulse current and magnetic field, i.e. MHD effect.

The present invention relates to a novel solid electrolyte and a method using it in the formation process of lead battery. The solid electrolyte to be used in the formation process of lead battery consists of 75~86wt% of calcium sulfate, 9~12wt% of sulfuric acid, 5~16wt% of stabilizer. Battery is formation-charged with unsealed upper lid after introducing uniformly electrolyte between battery plates. Formation charge of lead battery using solid electrolyte of the present invention can reduce deflation amount of gas and acid fog causing pollution phenomena to 4-8% compared with formation charge of normal lead acid battery. Solid electrolyte used for formation charge can be used as it was, and changed.

The present invention relates to a method of alloying cast steel with sulphur in a sand mold for making the high sulphur cast steel, and to produce High Sulphur Cast Steel, the antifriction and wear resistance material that has high impact value and doesn't include any expensive alloying elements. To be concrete, the invention relates to a method of alloying cast steel with sulphur in a reaction chamber which is set up at the bottom of the spout in a sand mold. Some amount of sulphur is put in the reaction chamber and it is covered with the chips of cast iron. (Fig.2) In case of applying the present method, 92 to 98% of sulphur is absorbed into cast steel. As regards the high sulphur cast steel made by the method according to the invention, the chemical composition is C 0.14 to 0.38%, Si 0.17 to 0.37%, Mn 0.1 to 0.5%, P 0.03% or less and S 0.5 to 3.8% at weight ratio, the tensile strength is 340 to 470MPa, the elongation percentage is 8 to 15%, the impact value is 0.20 to 0.30MJ/m2, the hardness is 105 to 150HB, the coefficient of friction is 0.006 to 0.009 and the abrasive quantity is 1/7 to 1/10 of copper alloy. The method according to the present invention is applicable to the production of the high sulphur cast steel which is used instead of copper alloy for making sliding bearing, angle screw, worm gear, slider, etc. working in lubricating oil on the condition with the maximum permissible pressure [P], 8.5MPa, the maximum permissible linear velocity [V], 18.23m/s, and the permissible [PV], 18MPa⋅m/s. In addition, the method according to the present invention is also applicable to making all the High Sulphur Cast Steel including antifriction and wear-resistance steel and free cutting steel that contain some sulphur. The method according to the present invention does not cause environment pollution and pollution of furnace and it is easy to adjust the proper content of sulphur correctly.
