The packing machine is intended for utilization in those spheres of economy, where the piece packing of the products is carried out in one or two layer boxes, having the prism form, particularly in the food industry. On a stand (1) of the machine there is mounted a rotor (2), basic plates (3), a product pressing vibrator (4) and a product removing carrier (5). A feeding mechanism (6) is equipped with preliminary coupling device of the packing materials (7 and 8) necessary for macking of a box and with mechanical arm (9) for coupled bringing in the working zone of the rotor. Clamps (10) are fixed on the rotor, on which hollow mandrels (11) for box formation are placed, opening cups (12) for holding the box when packaging the top and funnels (13) for filling with product. When forming the boxes the simultaneous reeling of the packing material on the mandrel is provided for. The box forming and packaging meachanisms (not shown on the figure) are mounted on the plates (3), they are not connected with the drive of the machine with separate kinematic chain and are set to motion directly from the mandrels, cups or master cams placed on the rotor.

Technical result of the present invention is in the simplifying of the technological process in increasing its efficiency, in improving the quality of the final product and ecological conditions. The essence of the invention is in that the process of purification from sulfur compounds is carried out by means of hydrogen and oxygen obtained from the electrolysis of water. The present invention relates to the obstacle crossing technology, particularly to rapidly assembled modular bridges. Technical result of the present invention is: to simplify the modular bridge; to reduce labor needed for its installation and to facilitate the suiting of its supporting members to the longitudinal and cross profiles of an obstacle surface. The modular bridge comprises modules (1) hinged (2) with one another each module end being connectable to its preceding module. The module (1) is crescent-shaped and the modules hinging device is arranged at the end of each module and at several places along the longitudinal direction thereof. Each module (1) end connection with its preceding module is effected at a certain connecting point of said latter module, the point dividing the module into overpass (3) and supporting (4) portions and selected to obtain the suitable profile of the surface of the bridge overpass portion and to suit its supporting portion to the longitudinal profile of an obstacle surface. Method for constructing the modular bridge comprises the steps of successive installation of modules (1) and hinging (2) thereof with one another by connecting each module end to its preceding module. In the role of the modules crescent-shaped units are used, and the connection of each module (1) end to its preceding module is effected at a certain connecting point of said latter module, the point selected to obtain the suitable profile of the surface of the bridge overpass portion and to suit its supporting portion to the longitudinal profile of an obstacle surface. The method further comprises the step of resting the module free ends upon the obstacle surface.

An interlocking building block system comprises a plurality of blocks having the hollows (6) on one bed (4) and corresponding lugs (7) on the opposed bed (5), the centers of which are disposed in the corners of the imaginary square net (8), the sides of which are wholly placed between the edges of each bed (4, 5) and compose with them an angle of 45°. In each course of each wall the imaginary square nets (8) of the blocks are wholly placed between the edges of the wall, and the hollows (6) of each block receive the lugs (7, 11) of similar blocks positioned longitudinally or transversely. A method of forming the composite walls consists in coincidence the central vertical axes of each block of the middle row in stretching courses with transversely positioned block in subsequent binder or mixed course. A method of constructing composite walls with thermal insulation consists in forming them of a few one-course walls, arranging the layer of the thermal insulation (34) between them, overlaying it and in a same time fixing the courses of the one course walls by fastening elements. The centers of the hollows (6, 35), lugs (7, 11, 36), vertical grooves (18, 22) and apertures (10) of each block and fastening element are disposed in the corners of the imaginary square net (8), thereby they are vertically aligned with each other in courses above and below. The centers of the imaginary square net (8) are just inside the outer edge of the exposed brick wall in composite wall, thereby the fastening elements are covered by mortar (54) from the outside against precipitations.

The supposed invention belongs to wind power engineering and can be used in wind engines with vertical axle of revolving. The technical result of invention is expressed through increasing of coefficient of efficiency, more effective reception of aerodynamical powers and increasing of rotation effort, which is very important, particularly by the weak wind flow. The device for reception of wind energy includes multiblade rotor with S-type blades; the rotor has external and inner blades; external blades create pockets on the outside of rotor; inner blades together and with external blades create channels narrowing in the direction from periphery of rotor to its axle; the junction place between external and inner blades is pierced; inner blades located near the axle of rotor are connected with creation of a central multiblade wheel; the blade's parts, which are located on the outside of rotor, are hingedly connected with valves. The blades are made in profile as wings, narrowing in direction from periphery of rotor to its axle; the profile of blade is made in form of wings successively connected through their narrowed places; said wing-type next blades create channels; the blades, having the form of the wings, successively connected through their narrowed places, create a pocket on the periphery of rotor.

A method and a line for granulated tea production are disclosed. The method includes the steps: mixing of the preliminary cut tea parts up to 0.01 - 0.02 mm and sorting half-finished black and green tea with small kinds of tea (sifting, crumbling), for instance 1:1, afterwards dosing of the mass with a metering bin, preparing the water by heating it up to 65° - 99 °C, where 2 - 12 % of alkaline food additions or/and 8 % of extract pectin are carrying in; moistening of the dosed tea mass with the obtained hot solution and mixing. Granulation of the homogeneous tea mass in pelletizer where squeezing is through the fillers, swelling of the pressed tea mass in the holes of the last filler; drying of the obtained granules on vibrating chute with infra - red bulbs; cooling of the hot, dry granules on the belt-conveyer, blowing, from the lateral side with a conditioned air. Afterwards the granule forming is performed on the roller and sorting the obtained seed form granules. The line contains consequently mounted in technological process and connected with each other by belt - conveyer the metering bin (9), a tank (12) with moistening solution and a heater (13), a mixer (10), a pelletizer (14) with fillers and a knife, in each hole of the last filler from the side of the knife there is a dilator of the conic form, the inclination angle of which to the hole axis is 45° - 60 °C, and the length 25 - 30 % of the hole length, a dryer, a device for granule cooling (26), representing a conditioner with a ventilators connected with the air duct from the side of the belt-conveyer, mounted after dryer, granule former (24) and sorting device (25).

The invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering and is intended for use in hydraulic power engineering, but may also be used in other branches of industry. The method for imparting rotational motion to the rotor of a turbine consists in that torque is formed with maximum use of a force, the existence of which was hitherto unknown by experts, namely the reaction of inflowing liquid. For this purpose, liquid is passed through into the rotor at as acute an angle as possible to the radial direction. The rotor, which is in the form of a rotor for a radial-axial turbine and the blades of which are fixed between an upper and a lower ring in such a manner that a line connecting points on the inlet and outlet edges to the blade working side (in a cross section between the rings), forms with the rotor radius an angle of greater than 45° but less than 180° (n-2)/2n, where n is the number of blades greater than eight. Furthermore, the blades are convex on the working side and concave on the rear side. The invention enables use of the hydraulic turbine rotor in an area of low pressure - of up to 40 metres.
