The device for forming a bipolar signal comprises an electric power accumulator, electronic controllable switches which commutate said electric power, and a circuit for controlling said switches. In order to form a signal of positive and negative polarity, an electric power accumulator, which is connected to a circuit of consecutively connected switches, is set up. Each of the switches is connected in parallel to a resistor. The circuit for controlling the switches in order to change the pulse shape controls the connection of the electronic switches and circuit for forming the bipolar signal. The circuit for forming the bipolar signal consists of four switches consecutively connected to the electric power accumulator and to the circuit for changing the pulse shape in such a manner that, when the first and fourth switches are connected up, a current via a load flows in the direction forming a signal of positive polarity and, when the second and third switches are connected up, a current via a load flows in the direction forming a signal of negative polarity. The signals for controlling the electronic switches comes from the control circuit for forming the bipolar signal. The technical result of the present invention comprises simplifying the electric circuit.

The invention relates to underground municipal structures, specifically to constructions of inspection manholes and rainwater wells. In one case, the manhole is formed such that the internal surface of the cover (3) is flat and supported directly on the supporting rods (9) and supporting elements (18). In another case, stiffening ribs (19) which are in contact with the supporting rods (9) and supporting elements (18) are formed on the internal surface of the cover (3). The invention solves the problem of increasing the strength properties of a manhole when the cover is closed, which makes it possible to use the manhole on a roadway.

The technical result consists in reducing the abrasive action on friction surfaces and improving the lubricant retention.

The method for producing carbon dioxide chemical adsorbent for respiratory systems involves combining alkali and/ or alkali-earth metal hydroxides with a fibrous material, shaping adsorbent in the form of a sheet and drying it. The alkali and/or alkali-earth metal hydroxides are used in the form of an aqueous dispersion and the alkali and/ or alkali-earth metal hydroxides is combined with the fibrous material by accommodating the aqueous dispersion between the layers of a porous fibrous material. The alkali and/or alkali-earth metal hydroxides such as potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, lithium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide and the similar hydroxides chemically active to carbon dioxide can be used as metal hydroxides. The aqueous dispersion can be of a paste or suspension consistency or in the form of a solution. The following materials can be used as a porous fibrous material: fibre paper, glass-fiber mat, heat resistant non-flammable materials such as Nomex, Kevlar (Du Pont, USA), Rusar and Arselon (Russia) and any other alkali-proof low specific density materials. The invention makes it possible to increase by 20-40% the reaction capacity of the adsorbent, thereby extending the possibilities of using it in systems for removing carbon dioxide from air, the adsorbent production method being technologically simple.
