A polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) contaminated soil remediation agent based on the mechanism of plant-microbe combined action and a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The soil remediation agent is biochar fixedly adsorbed with a bacterial solution of PAHs degrading bacteria and simulated root exudates; the PAHs degrading bacteria are Pseudarthrobacter scleromae J-1 and Bacillus sp. J-3; and the simulated root exudates are a mixture composed of saccharides, small molecular acids, and amino acids. Two strains capable of efficiently degrading PAHs are provided, and by fixing the bacterial solution of the PAHs degrading bacteria and the simulated root exudates to the biochar, the problems in a conventional plant-microbe remediation technique such as plant growth being easily influenced by environmental factors, the secretion amount and rate of the root exudates being limited by a growth cycle, and a rhizosphere effect action range being limited are solved. Compared with independent microorganism remediation, the remediation agent has a PAHs removal rate improved by 20%-40%, such that the PAHs removal rate is effectively increased, and the remediation efficiency of PAHs contaminated soil is improved.

The microbubble can be used as a tumor vaccine to stimulate organism immunity, thereby solving the problems of a single antigen and the low immunogenicity of traditional tumor vaccines. The microbubble is of a typical hollow structure, can be used for enhancing ultrasonic contrast imaging and promoting the maturation of dendritic cells in vivo and in vitro, and has application prospects in tumor immunotherapy.
