The present invention addresses the problem of providing an isolation bag that is easy to manipulate during medical treatment, without a health care provider risking a secondary infection. The isolating bag (3) according to the present invention has a pliability that allows the shape thereof to change selectively between a collapsed state and an unfolded state. The isolating bag includes: a bag body (11) which has an enclosed space of a size capable of accommodating the head of a patient in a three-dimensionally unfolded state; and reinforcement members (12A, 12B) which are fixed to the bag body, allow the shape of the bag body to be maintained in the three-dimensionally unfolded state to allow the bag body to support itself, and have a flexibility that allows a change in the shape of the bag body from the three-dimensionally unfolded state to a flat collapsed state. Formed in the bag body are: a first opening hole (22a) in which the head of the patient is to be inserted; second opening holes (23a, 23b) in which the hands or arms of a person providing treatment is to be inserted; and a connection hole (22b) which is connected to a negative-pressure supply device.

This air recirculation system has means for inactivating pathogenic microorganisms present in public spaces, such as viruses and bacteria, blocking their replication capacity by damaging their genetic material (DNA or RNA), but preserving their immunogenic capacity. This system goes beyond the current method that consists of inactivating and removing pathogenic microorganisms from the environment, since once these microorganisms are inactivated, it is capable of recirculating said inactivated microorganisms to the public space from which they came, so that they can be inhaled by the subjects present in said environment, for example, by people, and serve as a vaccine, providing them with immunity against these pathogenic microorganisms.
