A highly porous ceramic material is used as a matrix. The material contains an inert filler which is electrofused corundum and the main binder which is semi-porcelain mass PFL-1. Before applying an alkaline solution of hydrogen peroxide, the material is kept in an alkali solution with a pH value of 11÷13 for 60÷90 minutes, after which it is washed with distilled water until the pH value is neutral.
